There were two tortillas, which I believe are freshly made. On top of each was pulled pork with a decent dose of hot sauce, and topped with cabbage, baby greens and scallions. It came in a small cardboard takeout tray. Now, while this framed everything quite nicely, it collected all the juices from the pork and made it impossible to pick up the tortilla. When I did try to lift the tortilla, it broke apart under the weight of the meat. So, this is a dish you will end up eating with a fork, but not a big deal. While this isn't a perfect dish, it hits the spot. The house made hot sauce and juicy pulled pork can make this addicting. The toppings also added some crunchy texture and help to balance out the pork. However, the tortilla did not have the soft and thin form I expected, the flavor was bland and did not mix well with the pork and hot sauce. I would prefer this over rice or maybe with a pita wrap rather than the tortilla provided. I would visit this food truck again to try another dish.

First off the…read moreaddress I submitted is to "The Milk Room Brewery" where at the time of this review she (Sam) seems to be there at least once every other week but she travels around to a few wineries too in the area. So check the facebook page to see where she might be popping up. We've known Sam and her cooking for awhile now. She pretty much ran the cafe over at her family farm and it was Awesome! Especially with all the local goodies that came in for the little market they had there. It was really something special. And for whatever reason during 2020 or early 2021 the Farm owner decided to "co-own" with a couple people who as far as I've seen obviously don't know too much about farming or running a cafe. We pulled up one day and noticed the entire building was empty and it broke our hearts. One of the "Co-owners" comes down and tells us "We're trying to get the cafe back up and running probably by the end of the month ... we're just having a lot of trouble trying to get a Facebook page going for it" .... #1 Making a facebook page takes about 5 minutes to do. #2 That was 7 Months ago and we stopped in a few weeks ago to check, still nothing ... They moved the Swing Set Though .... so ... they got that going for them .... good job (thumb up) Anyways, Sam obviously got the hell out of that situation, she was doing this food truck way before all that crap went down anyway. I just love that she called it "Flippin The Bird" she's the best. Well I tell you what, this is some of the best Mac and Cheese you will find in Massachusetts. Trust me ... I've had damn near all the mac and cheese this friggin State has to offer. It's an amazing Home Cooked Style, Baked, nice gritty stringy cheese the way it's supposed to be. Got a pulled pork Staker! Base Layer was a Sweet Buttered Cornbread! GOOD LORD! Covered in BBQ Baked Beans! Mac and Cheese on top of the Beans, Deliciously smoked and tasty Pulled Pork, and Topped with Amazing Slaw and fried onion strings. YES! I usually HATE these sundae things but OMG Her food is the BOMB!!! Just when you think that you know what a chocolate covered strawberry should taste like, Shishkaberry's comes along and makes a good thing even better. Rocco's is also very consistent. You can expect that no matter what doughnut you're getting, the yeast donut or cake rings will always be the same - just vary by topping. This is a really good thing, since they've been open for so long and haven't changed their doughnut recipe. Besides their fun and unique monthly flavors, the good ones I always find myself going back to are the Boston Creme, Maple Bacon, and Apple Fritter. These are classics that are almost always be on the menu. I'm also pretty sure Rocco's has the best Boston Creme in Boston.
