I went in to get my bridge pierced. kisha just marked the middle of my nose, not the entry and exit points. She pierced it then says " huh" and she starts messing with the needle in my face to straighten it out Cus it was so crooked. I asked her after she showed me "is it crooked because it's pierced?" and she said yes. She didn't give me any aftercare info at all. When I called back about it she was stuttering so bad cus she knew she messed it up. I posted an honest review about my experience and she straight up gaslights me in reply. She lied to my face. And it's not the only piercing she's done crooked. Do your research. read more

I went in to get a tattoo on Thursday, August 9th. The staff who greeted us were friendly and professional, and have no bearing on my current review. This review is of the artist who tattooed me. Gage didn't communicate with me much, outside of choosing the colors for my tattoo. I had to tell him twice that the original design I wanted had extra stuff in it, and that I only wanted the crystal design tattooed on my arm (I told this to the girl at the desk who prepared the design for me, and she even told him that before I did). He also didn't communicate with me much during the tattooing process, and took "artistic liberties" with the design without even telling me until after he'd already done it (I spent most of the time with my head back and eyes closed, or talking to my friend who was with me to keep me distracted because it was in a very sensitive/painful spot. I didn't watch the whole time because I trusted that the artist knew what he was doing.). I wanted the exact design I picked out with just different colors, but what I got looks nothing like the original aside from its shape. He even completely left out an important part of the design (this bubbly/sparkly look on the bottom that goes about a third of the way up the crystal). The whole thing is pretty messy and looks like he rushed through it. There are bare spots where he didn't get any ink at all, some spots where the ink stops before the black outline, and there's even a spot where the color goes way outside of the outline. The outline itself is really messy, too; the lines are all squiggly and uneven, and the corners of the crystal aren't sharp... one of the pointed edges is completely rounded. After I paid him he took off to another part of the shop and hollered goodbye from another room, only after we said goodbye and thanked him. When you're permanently tattooing someone's body, you should communicate fully and give them exactly what they're asking for, as they'll have to live with it for the rest of their life. Overall, I'm disappointed with what I got, and with his lack of professionalism. My tattoo is 3.5" long and a little over 1" wide, and I was charged $100. I have several friends who are veterans in the tattoo world, one of whom is an artist in another state, and they've told me I definitely paid way too much for the quality of work that was done. Now I'm going to have to pay more money to get it cleaned/touched up, but I'll be having that done elsewhere. I would like to point out, though, that Uriah did a tattoo for my friend while we were there, as well, and he did an excellent job. My friend is really happy with his tattoo. read more

I had previously been coming to this shop for 3 years and all of my piercings looked amazing and my piercer was always super sweet and honest with me! I had gotten many piercings from here previously and everything was very sterilize and clean! There have been 2 situations. Situation 1 was the time I got a rook piercing. I got my room piercing and everything went amazing but the jewelry was way too small within two days I needed to get it changed. Situation 2 was when I got a few piercings! I was super excited. After I got them all pierced I felt super confident and happy! Afterwards I got done food and went to Wal-Mart to grab some more sea salt spray. Then went home. After about 30 minutes my helix piercing in particular was unusually painful. I thought nothing of it, like maybe I hit it on something. The next day I started getting a headache and the piercing got more painful. I thought nothing of it but later on it all made sense. By the next day I got a non stop pounding headache. Then by only day 3 I woke up at a crazy time in the night crying from the sudden pain. I went to many other piercing shops the next day to get it looked at I was told it was infected. I went straight to the doctor and got medication. I was told by multiple piercers not from Iron Sailor to leave the piercings in so I did. I kept putting tea tree oil on them previously. After day 5 the pain was excruciating. I went to the doctor again and they cut all of the piercings out and get stronger medication. I was told by the doctor "I was lucky to be alive, and was lucky I didn't need surgery". Later the I get a phone call from the doctors office and I was told that they tested the bacteria and it was needle born bacteria. I was sick for about 2 months after that! I will no longer be getting any more piercings from anywhere again because it scared me so much. Just be careful about what you get done and who you are getting it by and always do tons a research. I have nothing against the people or the shop. They always did a amazing job and were always honest and helpful and I know they didn't mean for this to happen to me, I just won't be coming back again because I am extremely afraid of needles now. read more
