We had such a great time getting our pedicures! We were lucky enough to be pampered by the cutest little older man who did an exceptional job on both our pedicures. He really took his time and made sure each of us got the kind of attention that's sadly rare at nail salons. We spent about two hours with him, one after the other, and it was totally worth it. This place is super busy with lots of foot traffic and the phone ringing off the hook, so I definitely recommend making an appointment rather than just walking in. Had the Spa mani/pedi ($75.). NOT happy with the service that was provided. As you can see in the pictures looks like a child painted my nails, the technician kept using acetone and a brush to try to wash off all of her mistakes. It also would've been nice to know that she smudged the paint on my big toe while she was putting on the slippers. Waste of $75 will not be wasting my money here again. read more

Had my nails filled on Wednesday Aug 2. That Friday (Aug 4) I noticed peeling on one of my nails and moveable bubbles under the polish of another nail. It has been just at a week now and three nails have polish ripped off and two nails with moveable bubbles. I have been getting my nails done for 15+ years and I've never experienced this ever. I'm not rough on my nails at all, so this is frustrating. Rose was nice, but I won't be coming back. For sixty dollars I'd like it to last the two weeks. read more

Usually I love this place, but today I was super disappointed. I picked out my color (dipping powder which I always get) and neither of us could read the number of the color. She went and asked another nail tech and grabbed the powder. She showed me and I said my color looked different. She went and got another one and I said the same thing, which I added it is hard to tell by the powder. I figured she would do 1 nail completely then show me since I was questioning the powder in the first place but she went ahead and did all of my nails. Since it is powder I thought it would darken. Although from the beginning I said it didn't look like the right color. At the end, I can see it totally is a different color. Pretty disappointing when you pay $50 something dollars and don't even get the correct color. Professionally, she should've just told me to pick a new color from the beginning if they could not give me what I asked. read more

As a new resident to LO was looking for a new nail salon. I got an appointment quickly, it was easy to find ,neat and clean. I asked to see their gel colors. Was given several rings of nail colors, which was old, worn out. I selected a color. It was an OPI gel polish? Ok will see how this goes. My technician did a nice job,but did not have me wash my hands after filing. I noticed a display of polishes which looked like those I normally use. Also other clients were given gold folders with colors. Why was I not allowed to see these colors. At the end of the visit he slopped cuticle oil all over my nails. I was a oily mess. I will return to see if things improve. I wonder if frequent local clients get better service than strangers. read more

I have taken my wife there 3 different times and it is quite apparent they don't have a clue what customer service. You call there phone number and the majority of the time they are open but do not answer the phone. If you are lucky enough to get an answer they may or may not give you a reservation. If they do it basically means nothing. They take walk ins in front of reservations. Try VV nails just down the road . Same cost, older detailed workers, in and out. read more
