Literally one of the best nail salon experiences I've had I came a little early to my appointment and they seated me right away. They started on my nails within like 5 minutes, which was super nice because usually salons make you wait forever. My design was really complicated but they were sooo patient and paid so much attention to detail. My nails came out super clean and neat, you can tell they actually care about their work. Temu service with Gucci prices!! Avoid very unprofessional customer service and not very talented! I wouldn't step foot back in the doors if it were FREE!! The facility appears clean and professional at first glance, but my experience was disappointing. Most of the staff lacked professionalism and provided very poor customer service. The prices were high, yet the quality of the work did not justify the cost. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business and would suggest looking elsewhere. read more

Horrible service I showed up early for my 1 pm appointment by 15 minutes. I sat there patiently. At 1:15 someone finally sat me down but didn't do anything with me. A few minutes went by and I asked when my nails would be done. She told me 10 minutes. So I said how can you take someone before me when I had a 1 o'clock. She said she had an appointment and I said so do I. I said I have limited time and told her that I said if you couldn't take me why wouldn't you tell me so I could reschedule. Then she said she could reschedule. I called my mom and asked if it was ok, she is watching my child. I said if you will be done In 10 minutes and can start me that will be fine then she got up and said she can't promise 10 minutes she is working on a customer and I am disturbing her. So she told me I could reschedule or she could refuse service. I had to get up and leave before I got angry. How could they schedule an appointment and never talk to me till 15 mins after my scheduled appointment then tell me that they don't know if they will get to me and not expect an annoyed customer. They were so rude and didn't care that they lost a potential paying customer. all I needed was someone to tell me up front they are running behind. Horrible way to run a business. I was treated like I was nothing and wasn't good enough. So damn rude. I will never be back. Honestly I was sad because I only have a few days off. I have two little kids and am an R.N.
