Rude, careless and dirty work and lied about aftercare for piercings. The guy who did my work was not gloved up. Was coughing up a lung and got on everything. I didn't know cause I had my eyes closed but had a friend there who taped it. So I'm nervous and he just turns up his radio when I'm asking questions about what to do. He didn't care just doted my lip and shoved the needle in. The first time he went in from the inside and with the same needle did the other from the outside in! The pain was bad and piercings were off. Oh and they were bad quality. He he said I was looking odd after 10 minutes. I was red and puffy and said it's my first time so it's not a big deal. My aftercare was ice and if my lip gets red to treat it with ANTIBIOTIC CREAM! Long story short I got sick went back and had to pay him a lot to just tell me I had a small infection. No I had to be rushed to the ER cause I was septic! It was a nightmare! Guys are a danger to new people and anyone imo after this stunt. I was sick for months and all I got was two nasty scars and lost $120. read more

amazing! just got my ears pierced there yesterday. so fast and painless! just a little pinch. the piercings are so symmetrical and i was only hurting for 15 minutes after, if that. definitely recommend going here for piercings. it took 20 minutes tops, and was only $20 for two piercings. would definitely come here again! not to mention the amazing staff. the person who pierced my ears was very gentle. i was a little scared because this was my first piercing, but they were very good at making it not scary! amazing experience! read more

PSA Top Gun I went to Top Gun the past two days to get a septum piercing. I had an appointment yesterday, but the piercer (one of the owners) Mark never showed up, I waited over an hour before they heard that he wasn't going to come in. I was told to come again today at 1300. When I got there he informed me that he was booked until 2100 but could "squeeze me in". I paid. He pierced my septum, without using clamps, through the thickest part and EXTREMELY crooked. I asked him to fix it since it wasn't wearable and he said "I'm too busy today, maybe another day, this was supposed to be quick". I asked for money back and he told me I'd never paid him. I explained that I'd paid 40 in cash before I sat down. He gave me my money back but seemed very agitated by this point. Something to note: they have signs everywhere. Some innocent, some not. One that says "We don't report sexual harassment, we grade it". I will never go back. This was a traumatizing event for me and my toddlers that experienced it (I was told to bring them). If you've had a good experience with them, I'm happy for you, but I had a hell of a day and wish it had never read more
