She was so welcome and sweet with our niece, it was amazing. You can tell she is great with people, and she really listened to my niece's preferences too. Not only were my niece's requests slightly complicated but we also had some legit time constraints to make it all happen. Taylor handled it all with such grace and her cut, color, and style came out beautifully! She even threw in some fades on the undercut. Paid full price for a top notch spa that was listed but obviously the awards they have gotten for this spa much be from the 90s.
