He suggested a patch and seal job would last at least half a decade, which fit our needs, but obviously a full replacement would be a more permanent solution. A roofer recommended by my insurance agent said the roof was damaged but insufficient evidence it was due to hail damage. I had Brian look and he recommended filing the claim. The claim was approved without any problem. Brian's price was very reasonable. Easy to work with. No contract required until the insurance company approved the work. The work was done within three weeks of the claim being filed. He used Owens Corning shingles. Roof looks nice. It has been through two rainstorms, no leaks. I checked with the city and the roof passed inspection, no issues. All in all I am very satisfied with the work and the process, and highly recommend Mile High Roofing Services.
