I sat down at the computer, pushed the power button and nothing happened. I mean NOTHING happened! So I went to Cal Tech to let "tech support" look at it. (my grandson is no longer available.) Mason advised I just replace my tower, so I took myself and my credit card to Best Buy where I purchased a lenovo computer CPU that looks like a tiny spaceship. I took the new "little guy" and the tower of the old computer back to Cal Tech. Mason efficiently moved my data to the "little guy", and did so at a reasonable price. I have since then dealt with Ethan, Matt, and Brent, the owner, who answered the phone on a Saturday! All of them have been considerate and clear in their explanations.
