We are able to get our packages and mail forwarded without worry, and if we've had any issues with anything they are quick to figure out what the problem is and resolve it. It's also so helpful that we can do Amazon returns here, fax, print, etc. It's so nice to have a friendly hello when you walk in, and a business that appreciates us as customers. An added bonus is they are open on both Saturday and Sunday! It's such a difference when compared to the post office and especially the other mail business who treats you like an idiot and an inconvenience. Honestly they should have 10+/5 stars.

I was at the end of my copier leases, and I was told to write a letter of intent to stop. I did that months ago, sent it to Kurt, and he said I didn't send it to the right person. More money down the drain. What is sad is that Kurt says Duplicated has hundreds of old copiers in their storage unit... So many that they couldn't come and get mine while I pay off the last payments. I'm sure many of the copiers in there have local businesses paying payments on them while they sit and collect dust. What a waste of resources. Where do these copiers end up? Poisoning the landfills... The bottom line is: do not lease a copier for your business!!! Everyone told us we needed the latest and greatest to look professional... That's a bunch of baloney. You will be trapped in a never ending cycle of monthly payments and never own anything. When you cancel the lease, the only way out is to pay thousands of dollars to buy the old copier you have already paid for, over and over again, or get another lease. They wrap all the costs and fees back into the next copier and you end up in a never ending cycle of exorbitant monthly charges that will never end... If you really need to look professional, buy a good business copier at Costco every five years and you will save a ton of money and get the latest technology. Stay away from Duplicated. Stay away from copier leases!!!!!!

They said it would be easy and $300. I told them to go ahead and do the work. Then, 3 weeks ago, I call them for an update and the owner kept hanging up on me and telling me that they had to order the part. I asked him why they had not ordered the parts yet and I never got a call back from the owner. Then, I called last week to see if it was done and they said it was finishee. My husband went over there to pick it up today and he told me they never did any work on it. They claimed I said the part was too expensive. I don't know if they're mixing me up with someone else, but it also doesn't make sense to just keep someone's computer for over a month and not do any work. The owner is a lazy ass coward who doesn't want to take responsibility for his own behavior. I can't believe they've been in business for 25 years if this is how they treat their customers. I'm so glad I'm getting my computer back from them so that I can take it to real professionals instead. Update: I talked on the phone with the owner again and this time he told me the part never came in. I told him that's not what he has told me. He then argued with me and then hung up on me.

You have the option of pick-up or drop-off. Since the boxes were already loaded in my truck, I opted to drop-off. The young lady said she would stay around instead of closing for lunch if I was on my way (how nice is that?). The location is easy to find. They came out and unloaded the boxes for me (they were a bit heavy). They charged me by the box rather than by the pound (which saved me some money). The staff was very helpful & friendly.
