After making an appointment at Best Buy for this to be done, I showed up to find that it would be a 2-3 hour wait. I'm not sure what the appointment did for me? I didn't have the time for this, so I left. It was then that I remembered Niles. Found that he had a storefront now, so I called about my battery replacement. They assured me it could be done. I asked how long it would take. They said about 10 minutes, unless it was busy, in which case it would take 20. Did I need to make an appointment? Not necessary, they said, just drop on by. Came in the next day. Super friendly and courteous, as I remembered, and they seemed a little busy, but I was assured it wouldn't take more than 20 minutes. They also coached me on some battery tips, and let me know to come right back if I encountered any problems. The cost was $9 more than Best Buy, but for the convenience, it was an easy decision. Was in and out in the promised 20 minutes. One thing: they are cash only. I never carry cash, so I had to run to an ATM.

I've gotten my glass replaced on the IPhone 13 Pro Max here twice now (front and back glass). They threw in a screen protector on my phone during my service without an additional cost. I also wanted to replace my battery two years ago but Gilbert advised that the health wasn't that low for it to make much difference. Fast forward to my phone dying at 20% out of nowhere and he replaced it. Now it's a 4yr old phone operating with 100% battery health. As she explained, Samsungs require that not only the front screen be replaced but also the back as well (and they must order or have the right color for your phone to do the job). Unfortunately, it would cost me $345 to replace a cracked glass screen on a $700 device. That said, Anna said the labor cost of that would only be $75. I am not ready to pay so much since my phone is still fully functional but I would definitely consider coming here if I had Iphone repair needs since those seem much more affordable. Lesson learned, folks. Get warranties on Samsung devices.
