NEVER GO TO THEM!! RUN FAR AWAY!!! The owner is a f***ing piece of shit! I gave him my computer 1 and a half months ago asking them to replace my laptop keyboard. They said it would be easy and $300. I told them to go ahead and do the work. Then, 3 weeks ago, I call them for an update and the owner kept hanging up on me and telling me that they had to order the part. I asked him why they had not ordered the parts yet and I never got a call back from the owner. Then, I called last week to see if it was done and they said it was finishee. My husband went over there to pick it up today and he told me they never did any work on it. They claimed I said the part was too expensive. I don't know if they're mixing me up with someone else, but it also doesn't make sense to just keep someone's computer for over a month and not do any work. The owner is a lazy ass coward who doesn't want to take responsibility for his own behavior. I can't believe they've been in business for 25 years if this is how they treat their customers. I'm so glad I'm getting my computer back from them so that I can take it to real professionals instead. Update: I talked on the phone with the owner again and this time he told me the part never came in. I told him that's not what he has told me. The elderly gentleman took liberties with my computer without advising me first. He charged me too much for the program damage he caused. I'm still trying to get it straightened out. I ask him to get it past the Home Screen which he did (thank you) but I didn't ask him to delete vital programs. He called it "doing me a favor." There's nothing more frustrating and annoying than having your network go down, not know why or how to fix it, causing everything to go haywire and make your printer not work no matter what you try and do to fix it. Fantastic repair work! I had a problem with the wifi on a laptop. The excellent staff diagnosed the problem as a detached internal antenna and re-attached it--all in about 15 minutes and because the repair was relatively easy (for THEM), there was no charge. Excellent level of knowledge and customer service. Take your computer here for repairs. read more

These guys can do same-day repairs for anyone local. They're pricey but they've never not fixed anything. Ever.

I contacted this company end of December beginning of January so that they can diagnose my brothers laptop as it was having issues. I ended up taking the laptop in and waited on a call to be told what the diagnosis of the laptop was and the charges. Instead, the owner took it upon himself to complete necessary work before consulting with me first. I explained to him that I was expecting his call so that I can decide if to proceed with the repairs or not as his price exceeded my budget. I feel like this was an unprofessional move on their part. After he gave me a verbal price and I responded with my surprise for him proceeding with repairs without consulting with me first. He said "you are right I should have called, so I won't charge you for the labor" something along those lines. Still the charge was close to $200 and when my brother showed up to pick up the laptop. The owner gave him another price than what he verbally told me on the phone. My brother reminded him of the conversation he had with me just a few days prior and ended up paying him what he said on the phone. Additionally upon picking up the laptop, the owner "misplaced" the charging cord and said "I don't think you brought the charger when you dropped off the laptop" which I did. My brother then pointed out a cord that was in the area and told him that was the charger. So he returned it. Over all not professional and I do not recommend. The laptop was an HP nothing fancy. Had I been told the price I would have said no thanks as it probably would have been better to invest on a new laptop rather than to fix the one with the problems. read more
