I was told that they may be able to expedite it and would call me either that day or the next day. I received no call. I then called on Thursday to ensure that I was still good for Wednesday so I could take leave for the 4-hour window they provided me. I was told they would check and call me back before the end of the day. I received no call. I called on Monday again to confirm the date. No answer. I take leave for Wednesday and get a text 12 hours before the install that they would not be doing it, and I could reschedule when they are ready. I call the representative again and was told the reason I was not informed earlier was that there is no communication between them and the contractors. I call customer service and after waiting 30 minutes for the robot to connect me, I am hung up on immediately. As nice and professional as Aria is, she cannot save how incompetent this company is. As great as fiber is for internet, it is not worth the nightmare that this company is.
