In other words they give professional service that uses new technology. Their overhead, training and business plan prevents them from being cheap. I appreciate them from stopping the water from my leaking hot water heater from running down my driveway and the other waste of running water I was suffering. Call them if you find yourself in trouble like I was. You won't regret it! My only complaint is their prices. They didn't get more work from me simply because they aren't cheap! But remember they have that big overhead. Hence I can only give 3 stars.

I reached out to Dunn initially through a Google search (after hours) and received an email and text message reply within 24hrs. I appreciate the prompt reply. I called the next day and their phone system used an automated AI response initially, but I was then rerouted and able to speak with a service person. They dispatched a technician, diagnosed my issues, sent quote estimates to my email, followed up with a confirmed booking, and came out within the next day with the proper part to service my broken system. Before the serviceman arrived, I received text updates with pictures of who to expect and with their estimated time of arrival. The communication, timeliness and efficient service provided by Dunn was exceptional. They charge a standard assessment fee which is factored into the overall cost of service. I would recommend Dunn if you're local to their service areas.

Nathan came to our house, and diagnosed the problem. And because he's good at what he does, he was able to get us temporary electrical service before fixing the problem the following month. The price wasn't cheap, but it was fair, and the work was great. I'll never call another electrician.

In the past, I have needed a company to fix a wall, do some simple plumbing, put up a ceiling fan or mount a TV. I am simply not good at those things. Let me say it another way, I once tried to put in a towel paper roll holder. When I was done, the hole was the size of a fist. Enough said. SO, my son just purchased a new Condo at Mercantile on Morris. He needed a Ceiling fan installed. An online app asked me when Maestro could call me to discuss. I put in a time. I did not expect anyone to ever call me. Surprise, I got a call early. A first, a follow up call early. I was so taken back I was speechless. All this seemed to good to be true. Then the very professional gentleman on the phone asked if I was available to come to the site, I said when? He said how about NOW? I pass out only to be woke up by the kind man on the phone asking is I was alright. 10 minutes later I was in my son's new condo with the same gentleman. Then I did my test, I asked the million dollar questions. "When can you do the work????" My expectations was in a month or so. The answer sent me into a coma. "How about in two days?" I had to order a extension pole for the ceiling fan and the same gentleman came to my home to get it. Folks, read my reviews. I say it like it is. I do not hold back, ever. This is what service looks like. Is this company a little higher priced then some, YES. But not by much. The benefit to me was I did not have to wait all day long for a no show that eventually got to me three days late. If you have a home, you can appreciate what I just said. So thanks for a nice job and sending me a digital picture when it was done was a nice touch. Keep up the great work.

Our smoke alarm/carbon monoxide detector near the home office began chirping. We did everything we…read moreknew to do, but the chirping would stop for a day and start back up again. We found out through the web that it was at end-of-life and needed to be replaced. The problem was that the detector was wired in and neither my husband nor me are electricians. I found Jackson Electric and decided to call them. Mr. Steven Jackson was very professional and let me know that he would contact me the next day to schedule an appointment. Around lunchtime the next day, I got a call from Michael, who said they would be coming in 30 minutes. I had a training to do, but made adjustments so he could come. Three guys with masks arrived to find out what needed to be done. When I showed them what was going on and showed them that I had the replacement, they did the work in about 5 minutes. The workers were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and the price was very reasonable and I was pleased the chirping had stopped. Unfortunately, about 3 days later, our other smoke alarm/carbon monoxide detector began chirping. I called Jackson Electric again because of the great service we received the first time. He told me that he would contact me to schedule an appointment. The next day, Michael called and said, "We are in your area - can we come now?" Unfortunately, I was unavailable. Michael said, "No problem. Please call Mr. Jackson to reschedule." I tried several times to get in touch with Mr. Jackson to reschedule with no luck. I left a voicemail with times that I was available to help with his scheduling. I left text messages to try and reschedule. My husband called him a few times to try and reschedule. We did not receive a response. My husband ended up calling someone else. I will say that our first experience with Jackson Electric was great. Not sure what happened the second time, though.
