I found Jackson Electric and decided to call them. Mr. Steven Jackson was very professional and let me know that he would contact me the next day to schedule an appointment. Around lunchtime the next day, I got a call from Michael, who said they would be coming in 30 minutes. I had a training to do, but made adjustments so he could come. Three guys with masks arrived to find out what needed to be done. When I showed them what was going on and showed them that I had the replacement, they did the work in about 5 minutes. The workers were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and the price was very reasonable and I was pleased the chirping had stopped. Unfortunately, about 3 days later, our other smoke alarm/carbon monoxide detector began chirping. I called Jackson Electric again because of the great service we received the first time. He told me that he would contact me to schedule an appointment. The next day, Michael called and said, "We are in your area - can we come now?" Unfortunately, I was unavailable. Michael said, "No problem. Please call Mr. Jackson to reschedule." I tried several times to get in touch with Mr. Jackson to reschedule with no luck. I left a voicemail with times that I was available to help with his scheduling. I left text messages to try and reschedule. My husband called him a few times to try and reschedule.
