I called the next day and their phone system used an automated AI response initially, but I was then rerouted and able to speak with a service person. They dispatched a technician, diagnosed my issues, sent quote estimates to my email, followed up with a confirmed booking, and came out within the next day with the proper part to service my broken system. Before the serviceman arrived, I received text updates with pictures of who to expect and with their estimated time of arrival. The communication, timeliness and efficient service provided by Dunn was exceptional. They charge a standard assessment fee which is factored into the overall cost of service. Came back with paperwork and told me it was $530 when I told him that was way too expensive he had me sign paperwork I asked what was that for he said is acknowledging the problem is fixed and Said thst if I didn't want to pay he could take off the part and leave . Well I didn't want to freeze over the week end and figured I could talk to his supervisor and come to an agreement of some kind . Well I was wrong I have called Kip Nails supposedly he is the regional manager many times and he has not returned my calls . On my invoice which I received email after he had left . the technician added 265.00 for voltage rewire which he did not make me aware of or I didn't see him doing . If you must deal with this company have the technician send you the invoice before they leave don't leave them alone while they do the work and never pay them cash or with a check because the first thing they do is overcharge you then they cash your check and then they never return your calls . I feel taken advantage of so disappointed.
