I told them I needed him to write all that down so I could talk to my husband. My husband said to get a 2nd estimate and my friends said to call Dorroh. It was two different charges that didn't really make sense because you couldn't have really done one without the other. It felt like I was taken advantage of as a single woman on a holiday weekend who didn't know how easy/quick the repair would be when I agreed to the cost. The service man also told me that the credit card payment on his tablet wasn't working so I had to pay by check. I wasn't planning to dispute a charge, but this made it to where I didn't have the option. I responded to two different text surveys with this rating and information and was assured both times that the service manager would follow up and they never did. My father also called multiple times and never got follow up. Came back with paperwork and told me it was $530 when I told him that was way too expensive he had me sign paperwork I asked what was that for he said is acknowledging the problem is fixed and Said thst if I didn't want to pay he could take off the part and leave . Well I didn't want to freeze over the week end and figured I could talk to his supervisor and come to an agreement of some kind . Well I was wrong I have called Kip Nails supposedly he is the regional manager many times and he has not returned my calls . On my invoice which I received email after he had left . the technician added 265.00 for voltage rewire which he did not make me aware of or I didn't see him doing . If you must deal with this company have the technician send you the invoice before they leave don't leave them alone while they do the work and never pay them cash or with a check because the first thing they do is overcharge you then they cash your check and then they never return your calls . I feel taken advantage of so disappointed.
