Even better, Pierce arrived promptly, just after 8:30AM and appeared extremely professional and ready to get to work. Pierce was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I showed him the issues I was having with a toilet and two sinks, and he carefully explained what was going on in a way that made complete sense. He stepped back out to his van to coordinate with Laura on pricing, and within minutes had clear, straightforward options with numbers for me on how we could approach the problems. The pricing was very reasonable, and they even offered bundling discounts, which made it an incredible value! (Especially for the level of professionalism and quality service they provide.) It is rare to find a company where you genuinely feel comfortable having someone in your home, but that's exactly how I felt with Pierce. I was quoted almost $900 to snake the toilet. When I said I wasn't paying that much, I was then quoted $506 to snake it through a drain. The snaking took literally 3 minutes, after my wife was told to do several things in another toilet in the house herself. $98 was charged for "products". The only "product" used or provided was Roto-Rooter preventative pipe shield. 1 gallon. Walmart sells it for $20. For what I was charged for a 3 minute job, I could have bought a plumbing snake and a years supply of the "product" I was sold. I'm beginning to think the plumbing community is filled with companies who take advantage of customers and charge ridiculous prices for jobs that don't require the cost. I won't use them again after this experience. My drain is fixed and the man was nice but I don't like being raked over the coals financially for minimal work.

There was no No warranty nothing they left a gaping big hole under the kitchen sink and they charged us for 2 days over $1,000.
