He was transparent about what he knew the warranty would normally cover and the code items the warranty normally would not cover. He gave us an estimated out of pocket cost that was spot on. He had to come out an additional visit to do the work that he assessed would need to be done during his first visit. He was respectful of our home, checked to make sure everything worked properly, showed us how to use and shut off water to our newly installed water heater, and gave us details on how to sign up for the warranty for our new water heater.
