Even better, Pierce arrived promptly, just after 8:30AM and appeared extremely professional and ready to get to work. Pierce was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I showed him the issues I was having with a toilet and two sinks, and he carefully explained what was going on in a way that made complete sense. He stepped back out to his van to coordinate with Laura on pricing, and within minutes had clear, straightforward options with numbers for me on how we could approach the problems. The pricing was very reasonable, and they even offered bundling discounts, which made it an incredible value! (Especially for the level of professionalism and quality service they provide.) I was quoted almost $900 to snake the toilet. When I said I wasn't paying that much, I was then quoted $506 to snake it through a drain. The snaking took literally 3 minutes, after my wife was told to do several things in another toilet in the house herself. $98 was charged for "products". The only "product" used or provided was Roto-Rooter preventative pipe shield. 1 gallon. Walmart sells it for $20. For what I was charged for a 3 minute job, I could have bought a plumbing snake and a years supply of the "product" I was sold. I'm beginning to think the plumbing community is filled with companies who take advantage of customers and charge ridiculous prices for jobs that don't require the cost. I won't use them again after this experience. My drain is fixed and the man was nice but I don't like being raked over the coals financially for minimal work.

Winning on a slot machine in Vegas is easier. Until NOW! My daughter purchased a new home, her first home. As normal, she had some issues the biggest of which was the drain from the upstairs tub that overflowed to the basement floor. It was horrible and happened more then once. Our family plumber could not fix it because it needed a Turbo Jet to blow out a massive clog in the pipes under the concrete. We had Stephens Plumbing do this action and they got the clog out which was slug. A Few days later, it was clogged again and we had another flood. The Manager of Stephens came back, discussed our options and was both ultra professional and fair. This morning, they came back, blow out the clog again and scoped it with a video camara to make sure the clog was out. The made adjustments in the pipe with a value and cleaned up after themselves. A job extremely well done. This type of clog needs a very special piece of equipment that is very expensive. When you pay that kind of money, you expect the issue to be resolved. Stephens Plumbing resolved the issue. What more can we ask. I highly recommend them and I am very tough to work with.

At 730 in the morning sewage begins to rush through our exhaust fan and flooded/destroyed our only bathroom. Come to find out the plumber had cut the sewage line, and the sewage had nowhere to go but in our bathroom. I ran upstairs to notify my neighbor and the plumber, he then came into my unit and started sawing holes in my ceiling to locate the leak. After an hour of sawing and leaking he stopped the leak, but it was too late, everything was ruined. I called their general number and spoke with their GM, Paul Meacham, he came out that afternoon and told us they'd pay for everything, fix everything and pay out of pocket for everything. He said if we needed to stay in a hotel and buy new items such as towels, they'd reimburse us. But they never did, they left us hanging. He sent DEC out the next day to "clean" the sewage up and begin demo by removing the ceiling and baseboards. After several weeks of back and forth with Paul (until he ultimately ghosted us) about fixing our bathroom, reimbursing us for damages, weeks of us living in a contaminated home, being told they'd pay out of pocket and get it fixed ASAP, Stephens Plumbing turned this over to their insurance company (after they had started demo of our bathroom a week before Christmas). This then began a 3 months battle with their insurance company. Our bathroom was not fixed until May 2025. The lack of communication and transparency by Stephens Plumbing, the lack of professionalism, the months of living with a contaminated home made this the literal worst experience of my life. The way they "handled" this situation was atrocious and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I would never use this company, even if they were the last plumbing company on earth.
