Iron crew was fantastic! I called them with a weeks notice to help me with a special family dinner for my father in laws 80th birthday. Our original plans changed and I needed something fabulous- quick. We had an eclectic group of eaters and needed something personal, special and kid friendly. They over-delivered with service, the meal and experience. They were professional and friendly. I didn't lift a finger the entire night and they left everything immaculate when they were done. They even came back the next day to pick up platters. I would absolutely recommend them for any event big or small. Everything was delicious and exactly what I wanted. read more

Emma and the team helped us with our first time hosting a party. It was an easy breeze for New Year's eve where everyone had high expectations. We had to plan our party while we were out of the country and Emma was so helpful and easy to work with. The food was superb. Pork Belly Bao Buns and Ahi Poke Cucumber Tostadas with avocado were everyone's favorite bites. The Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass was moist. The Roasted Prime Rib was very tender and Chef Mica even stopped by and did the carving himself! The side dishes were sautéed mushrooms, honey glazed rainbow carrots (my favorite!), and herb red roasted potato (a great complementary with the entree). Thank you Chef Mica, Emma and the amazing team for making our party a New Year's Eve party one of a kind that everyone remembers. read more

A friend and I organize an annual Christmas lunch every year and this was the first time having it catered. This event has about 90 people, no easy task. I reached out to Micah and discussed the event with him. I expressed to him the food and service quality was very important. Iron catering hit it out of the park with both service and food. Thank you and I look forward to working with you again soon. read more

Iron Catering Crew came through for us Fathers Day weekend on short notice to cater a family event despite juggling multiple other events. The food was not only delicious, but the presentation was absolutely beautiful! They prepared a cheese board, fruit platter, antipasto skewers, "pizzettes", and mini burgers, as well as a cookie tray and a full specially requested cake for dessert. Everyone was blown away by all of it, but the mini burgers were the biggest hit - for young and old alike! Every person, up to and including Chef Micah, that I spoke to from the "crew" was incredibly nice, responsive and willing to accommodate. I couldn't recommend them more highly and will definitely be using their services in the future! read more

The food was amazing. Micah arrived promptly for a Mother's Day Brunch at 11:30am at my house. Menu: Quiche florentine with smoked bacon, avocado toast, salad, open-faced smoked salmon and cucumber tea sandwiches, lemon herb roasted chicken breasts, fresh fruit platter, and chef's choice spring dessert (puff pastry with cream inside). Everything was great. Food tasted and fresh and super delicious. My favorite was the puff pastry. It felt so special to have a chef come over so that we didn't have to take a bunch of kids to the restaurant on Mother's Day. :) He also brought flowers for us. How nice! read more

I called up Iron Catering to cater my wedding not too long ago, and let me just say I was absolutely blown away by everything they did! Everything from the food service to the unmatched & unbelievably delicious food. Chef Micah Fields is a master at his craft. I worked in the motion picture industry for years, where all I ate was food from top catering crews. So when I say unmatched catering, I mean it. Exceptionally superb is not enough to describe the level of service and incredible food that was prepared for us. The Tartares were fresh and fantastic, perfect amount of acid. Love how it was worked into the meal since I mentioned I like tartare. The scallops were perfectly cooked, just a touch of Panko which was a really amazing touch. Bold, different and adventurous flavors flowed throughout every dish. I love how Micah worked with with me to customize a menu that fit our tastes but was still new and exciting. And there's a mastery and an amazingly tactful way in which Micah handles guest interaction while preparing perfect course after course. The man is a genius. My favorite dish was The PORK BELLY. THE PORK BELLY THOUGH. OH MY GOOD GOD!! Did I tell you.. THE DAMN PORK BELLY WAS BEYOND FANTASTIC! GRATEFUL! MICAH CRUSHED IT SO HARD. Smoky. Flavorful. Crispy. Juicy. I am making a T-SHIRT with THAT PORK BELLY THOUGH And the back CHEF MICAH FOR LIFE. Ok the t shirt needs some work. But that pork was beyond amazing. My wife loved the Squid Ink Pasta with crab. It was full of life which is not the typical response you would expect from that dish. Creamy, satisfying, comfort food with brightness. Thank you for making the evening one to remember! read more

Wow. I am so impressed by these folks! I recently worked a wedding that Iron Catering Crew catered and was pretty blown away. I have worked numerous weddings and haven't encountered the professionalism and customer service that Iron Catering offered. They were there early, helped the planner with setting up and served with a smile all night. There were some picky guests that I honestly wanted to slap but Micah and his team handled it with ease. We even got to eat the food ( meals aren't always provided to the hair and makeup team ‍) - hands down best food I've ever had at the wedding. TBH I couldn't tell you if the bride's tears of joy were from her big day or the meal served hahaha. But really... I don't often leave reviews for the vendors I work with but this was above and beyond. Damn, I want to get married now to have Micah cater my party! read more

If there were 100 stars it wouldn't be enough for Chef Micah and his attentive serving staff! The quality of food and the attention to detail were so impressive. Not only will I be sharing my story about the experience you created, you are my new "go to" caterer for all of my events. You are the best!! read more

Chef Micah created an amazing birthday dinner menu for my mother's 65th birthday party. The food was outstanding, presentation was gorgeous, and Micah was a pleasure. He came prepared with everything he needed to serve a delicious meal. And the cost was much cheaper than going out to a restaurant for that size of group! Totally worth the personal touch of having a menu curated to your liking, and being your own space for an intimate dinner party. We will definitely us Micah again!! read more

Chef Micah is the best! I am so picky when it comes to food, and he exceeded our expectations. The portions were big, and to make it even better, the food was delicious! No event is too big or too small for him. He is so responsive. I truly don't know how he does it all. I am also talking to him about a possible baby shower if the pandemic settles down, I can already tell he is extremely detail-oriented. It is hard to find someone who is, but he does it all! Very professional, knowledgeable about the food, and uses the finest ingredients. Thank You Chef Micah for making our anniversary extra special. We will definitely be using you for any event, big or small! The best! read more

I feel like so much of an experience can be made or ruined by staff..we have had the best experience with Micah and his team. Iron catering crew first catered my parents anniversary party and working along side Micah was an honor. He was easy to work with, offered me all styles of menu options and was super friendly and always available to answer any questions I had for him as my anxiety was constantly out the roof. I have and will continue to recommend him to all of my family and friends-not too long after our party we were able to sit back and enjoy his work at a wedding we attended. Micah has never disappointed. His food is delicious, the presentation is superb and impeccable service! My husbands favorite dish is the braised short ribs and I can't get enough of the salads and fresh vegetables! read more
