They passed the pull a part test ---- fall off the bone test, just work on flavoring the meat. The french fries were hot and crispy. I love a crispy fry. I did not like the collard greens at all. They taste like they were cooked in a pot full of unsalted butter and that's it. I added vinegar to the dish and tried to perk them up and that made them worse. Now if you are looking for a good libation to wash down this food, the lemon drop martini hit the spot. I had two of them. Jack's Corner Tap has a lot more menu options and I am willing to give them another try. I just won't be ordering ribs or collard greens. It was like 8AM and it's Doggy Day Care and isn't cheap , probably be a bit friendlier to the customers.
