I had a great conversation with the bar manager and bar staff -- as well as some of the best cocktails I've had in a while. In addition to having pours of hundreds of whiskeys, Bin 110 has an exceptional craft cocktail menu: I recommend the espresso martini which they can make as a classic, with bourbon, or their specialty salted caramel version. The salted caramel is great too. And the bananas foster old-fashioned was nice. I thought it'd be too sweet but it was perfect. You can enjoy live music, food, and more at Bin 110. The bacon was perfectly crispy--as requested, and the sausage links were fine. The sourdough toast was buttered and delicious. And the fruit had watermelon--a nice addition to the usual fruit cup. My husband's short rib hash was good. The eggs were perfectly medium, but the potatoes were a bit salty. Easy Like Sunday still makes our favorite version of this dish.
