The barbecue sauce on the ribs was very good, But if you removed the barbecue sauce from the ribs, they weren't very appetizing. The meat itself just didn't taste that good. They passed the pull a part test ---- fall off the bone test, just work on flavoring the meat. The french fries were hot and crispy. I love a crispy fry. I did not like the collard greens at all. They taste like they were cooked in a pot full of unsalted butter and that's it. I added vinegar to the dish and tried to perk them up and that made them worse. Now if you are looking for a good libation to wash down this food, the lemon drop martini hit the spot. I had two of them. Jack's Corner Tap has a lot more menu options and I am willing to give them another try. I just won't be ordering ribs or collard greens.
