Store owner Andrea was helpful and friendly. Her dogs are so sweet as they make their rounds walking about. There's a mix of items here so it's not just house plants and indoor gardening types of things. Lots of the items if not all are sourced from local artisans. For the last several years I have had to have the battery on it replaced about every 1-2 years. It's more an annoyance than a problem, but I guess I need to get it serviced so the battery lasts for several years like it did when I first purchased it. We moved to Bend in late Nov 2025- DH took it to another jeweler on 3rd St to replace the battery. he said he had to wait some time and the cost was $20. I went to put on my watch about 4 days ago and found it was dead. So I called this shop and spoke to a really nice lady and she said come on in and that she typically would replace the battery while I waited. So I went by- it's in a mini mall with easy access, and three ladies were before me. The lady took my watch and told me she would work on it. I strolled the mall and came back to the counter where much to my surprise- maybe 5 minutes later- she had finished the work. The cost was $15, and she said there was nothing of a charge left on the other battery. In any case, I believe she said her name was Laurie, and I have to say it was a pleasure meeting her and having such personal and professional service. If you need a watch battery replaced, don't mess around with the other stores- just go here!
