God forbid you ever try to come here for an L&I-covered injury--you would be better served just walking away. I have been treated (or attempted to be treated, at least) for three separate injuries at this office over the past three years, and each visit has been sincerely in enjoyable. It may have been the enormous bill I received after visit when my insurance was out of network, or their insistence that I MUST contact my physician, insurance provide, case manager to get treatment protocols and forms that ONLY THEY NEED related to treatment. Their therapists are great, but everything else related to this practice will give you an enormous headache!

He flipped through them with complete indifference and offered no useful comment at all. I have been a patient at Kaufman since 2012, and I hold the doctors, billing staff, and front office in very high regard. They have earned my respect over the years. This review is about one rehab experience only and should not be taken as a reflection of the rest of the practice. As for this therapist, he seems better suited to selling athletic shoes than working with patients.

Yes, I had been having multiple issues for years, from early signs of arthritis to Achillies Tendonitis. I couldn't walk for a long time without limping, and getting up from bed in the morning or getting off the car after a long drive was not easy. I won't even say my predicament for climbing a few stairs. Collin is knowledgeable, kind, and caring. He makes each session of PT a pretty enjoyable learning time for me. The location is convenient, the appointment times fit my schedule, and Diane is attentive at the desk. I have received the best therapy ever! They did a very thorough assessment the first session, taking lots of measurements to determine the exact extent of my lack of mobility. For treatment, they used a combination of massage, exercises, and electrical stimulation to get my arm moving and nerves calmed down. They finished each session with a really interesting cold therapy compression treatment called "Game Ready" that helped me leave feeling much less sore. Over the course of the treatment I think I saw almost every therapist there, they are all excellent! The front desk staff is also very friendly, helpful, and detail oriented. They sent me an email with my appointment schedule, and also sent a 24 hour text reminder before each appointment as well, which was helpful. He also recommended good specialists and MRI centers. The entire team is very friendly, especially Ember at the front desk. The facility as a whole runs very smoothly, a mark of good management. The results speak for themselves. In the beginning, I could only hobble around with significant pain. By the end of my treatment, I can do almost any regular activity with nearly zero discomfort. She has over a decade of experience and is professional in ever sense of the word. I have never had massage therapy before, and was a bit nervous as I was in my third trimester for most of my treatment on my back. The massage room and table are very comfortable. Susan checks in with you the perfect amount, and chats the perfect amount. She's just incredible at relating to people, and relieving pain. She has mastered her craft and is a delight. Plus, their expertise and delivery of treatment are set at a very high bar, such that the other PT facilities don't even compare. The Owner, Diane, also a Physical Therapist, sets the standard for this high bar, and her other Flex PT therapists follow suit. Over the past 25 years, I've been treated for injuries due to overuse at six different physical therapy clinics. Of these six, three were corporate-owned, one was a franchise, and two were owner-owned, including Flex PT. At the corporate-owned and franchise physical therapy clinics, the cleanliness was questionable, it was chaotic, and the therapists always seemed distracted when they were working with patients. And, halfway through your session, you are passed off to an assistant. Some assistants don't have a degree. At one place, I got a receptionist working with me!
