I also found the parking at the office easy and the lobby easy to find/ the front desk staff was always been so kind and helpful and I'm grateful they were able to navigate my insurance for me. Molly is very warm and caring. She ensured me that my issues weren't things I should be living with daily, but that many other people experience the same things. She has a very holistic approach, recommending stretches, supplements, and stress management in harmony. If you want to go to a well-organized and well-run physical therapy clinic, in a calm, clean, and professional environment, where your Physical Therapist works with you the entire time, prints out your home exercises for you, rather than solely giving you an app and code, then this is the place! Plus, their expertise and delivery of treatment are set at a very high bar, such that the other PT facilities don't even compare. The Owner, Diane, also a Physical Therapist, sets the standard for this high bar, and her other Flex PT therapists follow suit. Over the past 25 years, I've been treated for injuries due to overuse at six different physical therapy clinics. Of these six, three were corporate-owned, one was a franchise, and two were owner-owned, including Flex PT. At the corporate-owned and franchise physical therapy clinics, the cleanliness was questionable, it was chaotic, and the therapists always seemed distracted when they were working with patients. Sarah Spivey - Flex Therapy is by far rated a 5 star Physical Therapist. I have spent 12 years going to various Doctors for my condition....Pudendal Neurapthy...."Bikers Syndrom". Very few people in the medical field do not have a clue regarding this condition. I have been to Flex Therapy for two weeks...and the pain meter has gone from 8-9 down to 4-5. My family and I have been clients of Flex Physical Therapy for ten years plus. We have relied on them for help for various rehab needs during that time, both from injuries and orthopedic surgeries. We consider Flex our go-to PT office. I have primarily seen Kari Osborne and Diane Janshen, but also other members of the staff at times, if they are unavailable. We always get excellent care and good results. We greatly value their knowledge and expertise. A couple of years ago, Kari spotted signs of a serious infection in a recovering surgery wound that entailed an immediate trip to the ER and surgery that night to resolve the problem. We will be eternally grateful that she caught this issue early enough to minimize further damage. I am severely disappointed in Flex Physical Therapy. Before I started I clearly asked for what my out of pockets costs expenses were going to be so that I could accurately budget and determine how many times a month I could attend. More than once. The office staff told me they would have all that information put together for me at my first appointment. When I went in, they didn't have it and I was told I didn't have to pay anything. Two appointments later, I rec'd a $200 bill. This is unacceptable. We have a very tight budget. I would NOT depend on them to give you any accurate information, call your insurance company. Additionally, they paired me with a wonderful therapist, who I now can't see after 3 appointments as her schedule doesn't match with a teacher's schedule. They knew I was a teacher when I started. Due to sensitive nature of my therapy, pelvic floor, I now have to start all over with someone new with a gap of 6 weeks in-between. This is not what I call quality care. Steer clear of this location if possible. read more

Highly recommend Kari; she's been my PT through 2-3 bouts of physical therapy over the years. She's really good at recognizing my limits and listening to what I need, as well as accurately assessing what my body is telling HER I need (that I'm less aware of, say, muscle groups that are weak). I have EDS (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) and it's really hard to find a good pt who won't simply injure you further (accidentally of course). read more

Shannon Pazier treated me for pelvic floor muscle issues earlier this year. When I first went to her I could barely sit for 2 minutes without feeling pain. I had seen 2 doctors and neither of them had an answer or even an accurate diagnosis. However, after the treatment that she gave me from March to June, I was a lot better and throughout the year I have stayed that way. Shannon's work is unusual and can be awkward for a patient but she handles it with great professionalism and she is able to put the patient at ease.
