Therapeutic Associates North Creek is by far the stand out facility. The thing that sets it apart is the specific expertise and the investment in people (their staff) that becomes evident on your first visit. Dr. Amber Dodd is simply the best at what she does. She is the PT that our entire family requests when we need post-op care, treatment for sprains, herniated disc, sciatica, frozen shoulder, whatever we need she helps us. She's not the only super-star in this office, but if you need the best, she's the schedule you want to reserve.

When the business called me because I didn't make any more appointments, I explained I wasn't coming back because I had been hurt a second time. Then the business seemed to take this information from me lightly and said if I ever wanted to come back, give them a call. That will never happen as I don't trust them to help me. I greatly regret ever going here. Who wants to pay to be injured? I don't recommend this place. This is also the first physical therapy place I've gone to where sometimes your appointment is with an assistant and not the physical therapist, which is a practice I don't like.

I am currently working reduced hours on light duty, and still cannot schedule an evaluation without missing work. God forbid you ever try to come here for an L&I-covered injury--you would be better served just walking away. I have been treated (or attempted to be treated, at least) for three separate injuries at this office over the past three years, and each visit has been sincerely in enjoyable. It may have been the enormous bill I received after visit when my insurance was out of network, or their insistence that I MUST contact my physician, insurance provide, case manager to get treatment protocols and forms that ONLY THEY NEED related to treatment. Their therapists are great, but everything else related to this practice will give you an enormous headache!

I am doing really great since I came here. Dr. Rushing gave me every tool I needed for home therapy, since back injuries take a loonnngggg time to heal as said by him and my medical doctor. I have gotten to the point where I don't need take Advil anymore, and I am more energized. I am even back to hiking with a day pack-with no back problems. Nope turned out to be basically "hey this is what we do as naturopaths or chiroprators, sports therapy ... Maybe if more people showed up would have been more of a discussion and less of a fishing expedition on their side.. but was done in less than 15 minutes... so not a lot of waste of time but will be hard pressed to consider them for that alone.
