The woman at the front desk is super kind, explained the insurance process clearly and was able to get me scheduled and visits right away. She knows me by name and I've only gone twice so far! That type of attention to detail and customer service is what makes someone want to come back. There are a lot of physical therapy options and although this one is extremely close to my house, I would come here regardless for the staff. Kate, whom I'm seeing, is very down to earth, knowledgeable, smart, empathetic, listening, and kind. We are working on a plan that will get me feeling better, and something that I will be able to stick with. There is plenty of parking and the interior is bright, nice equipment and is a comfortable place to be while trying to rehabilitate. IRG does not care about patient recovery but charging $50 for cancelation when patients are 5 min late. The young staff in the front desk seems very annoyed with their jobs providing no customer service. They do not give you confirmation for your appointments and their text reminder service is always broken. Do not spend your money here, find another place, one that actually cares about patients.

I chose PNW Physical Therapy initially because I needed to find a clinic within walking distance from my home. I had surgery on my shoulder which meant that driving wouldn't be an option for a couple of months. Andrew was my primary PT, but I also saw Kylie a couple of times and got to know a few others around the clinic (including the owner, Jamie, who is awesome!) over the ~4.5 months I was going. Every session was 1-on-1 for the full 50ish minutes, which was different than any other clinic I had been to. Each appointment started with some assisted stretching and mobility exercises before moving into range of motion and strengthening. Every exercise was demonstrated for me and my therapist always ensured I wasn't experiencing any pain or discomfort. My main interest was getting back to a place where I could golf again, and after a couple of months spent restoring my range of motion, we started doing exercises that were more tailored to my activity preferences. The office was cooperative with my financial circumstances and honest throughout the entire process, never trying to schedule my for excessive appointments or take advantage of the situation. I'm now happy to say that I've been cleared by my surgeon to resume full activity and he was very impressed with my progress over the months. Now that I'm all finished, it feels kind of weird to say that I'll miss going to physical therapy every week!

One in particular was extremely aggressive and I ended up in more pain than I started with. The exercises were really involved, and they changed every week, so I found them almost impossible to replicate on my own at home. I ended up getting exercises from PTs on YouTube that worked.

Therapeutic Associates North Creek is by far the stand out facility. The thing that sets it apart is the specific expertise and the investment in people (their staff) that becomes evident on your first visit. Dr. Amber Dodd is simply the best at what she does. She is the PT that our entire family requests when we need post-op care, treatment for sprains, herniated disc, sciatica, frozen shoulder, whatever we need she helps us. She's not the only super-star in this office, but if you need the best, she's the schedule you want to reserve.

When the business called me because I didn't make any more appointments, I explained I wasn't coming back because I had been hurt a second time. Then the business seemed to take this information from me lightly and said if I ever wanted to come back, give them a call. That will never happen as I don't trust them to help me. I greatly regret ever going here. Who wants to pay to be injured? I don't recommend this place. This is also the first physical therapy place I've gone to where sometimes your appointment is with an assistant and not the physical therapist, which is a practice I don't like.

I was wobbly and limping along, and couldn't walk, sit, drive or sleep without constant daily back pain. My PCP referred me to IRG. At my first session, I couldn't lift my gluteus maximus (butt) off the therapy table, had to roll on my side, do hand pushes to sit up on the table, and had to use handrails to go up steps--I was in awful shape. But, my PT was Jensine L. (awesome therapist), she got me working out those dormant butt and thigh muscles. I did my exercises daily: Squats, crab walks, treadmill, bicycle and yes those famous T-squeezes (private joke). My gluteus maximus are on FIRE!! I was just discharged from PT after 6 weeks of therapy and has absolutely improved. I'm better than I was before the injury and feeling great because my BACK PAIN is gone. I didn't really feel like it was in any way beneficial, so I cancel my appointments and stopped going. Bills started coming in. With my decent insurance it was still $90 a visit!! Robbery... Their system isn't smart enough to consolidate, and somehow even though I only went 3 times I got 5 bills in 2 weeks. I thought I paid them all, but a few months later I got more. Paid those... Got yet another bill last week!! Also, they charge a "open account" fee of $11 every month. I have no clue how they feel they have expense enough literally to just have an account there to charge $11 a month but I've been hit with it 3 times now. I have called at least 3 times to try and sort this out. I just want to close my account and not get any more bills, how hard is this?!

In long 7 months ago, my lovely bride suffered a serious stroke and has lots of atrophy and inflammation in her affected arm and leg, because they don't move as much as they did before the incident. Month before last, we wanted to re-establish her with massage care, and left ESR a message. Waited a week. No response. Tried again. No response. Tried the online form to book an appointment. Still no response. Left one more VM while I started looking for somewhere else we could take her. A week later, they finally called back. 4th time's the charm, right? They sounded organized enough on the phone that I was ready to give them one last shot. They couldn't quite fully explain the difference between their specialists, but they got close enough that I just picked one. Still have to wait yet another week to get seen, and now we're well over a month into this process. They did a lot of intake work over the phone with me, and said it'd be nice (didn't sound required) if I could bring a paper copy of one form with me. Totally my fault--I couldn't find it. Certainly was my issue. But we couldn't be seen. At this point, even if the care in back is solid, there's such a long-standing pattern of obstacles, sloppiness, and indifference that it wouldn't have seemed wise to proceed, even if they let us. My PT, Lindsey Knox, wanted to send me to a specialist for an MRI despite improvement in my injury after 3 weeks of treatment. When I asked "Why? I am improving?", I did not get a straight answer, just more pressure to see a specialist. When I went to my primary care doctor for a second opinion, they did not believe I needed an MRI because I was improving. It seems to me that Lindsey was trying to get me to spend more money and/or benefit from a referral. I cannot trust a facility that puts that before patient care. - Lack of transparency in billing. I received a bill in the mail nearly 3 months after my treatment in February. By then, it had a 30-60 day "late charge". I had also already paid through my HSA in March. This is unacceptable for two reasons: 1. Even if I hadn't paid yet, you cannot send a bill late and then charge the patient for a late payment. 2. I had already paid online through my HSA and many of the itemized charges there were different than those displayed in the mailed bill. I think some of the issues may be because Summit Rehab contracts out their billing to another company, leading to confusion.
