Highly recommend this facility. I was in a car accident and injured my back. My law firm sent me to Everett Spine & Rehab and I'm glad they did . Everyone that works there is extremely kind and welcomed me with open arms . The receptionist was very nice and sweet, Dr. Gill and Dr. Sapida were amazing . They tracked my progress and how I was feeling. They Made sure I stayed on track of healing properly. We would even talk about some things that were outside of the topic of my injury, indicating that they wanted the best for me and for that I'm very appreciative and I thank them. They are good people at heart and will only want the best for you. A lot of clinics will just try to squeeze the money out of you and keep it pushing, not them. In short Endlessly frustrating. After over a month of trying, I still can't even review the quality of care because we never got seen. In long 7 months ago, my lovely bride suffered a serious stroke and has lots of atrophy and inflammation in her affected arm and leg, because they don't move as much as they did before the incident. Month before last, we wanted to re-establish her with massage care, and left ESR a message. Waited a week. No response. Tried again. No response. Tried the online form to book an appointment. Still no response. Left one more VM while I started looking for somewhere else we could take her. A week later, they finally called back. 4th time's the charm, right? They sounded organized enough on the phone that I was ready to give them one last shot. They couldn't quite fully explain the difference between their specialists, but they got close enough that I just picked one. Still have to wait yet another week to get seen, and now we're well over a month into this process. They did a lot of intake work over the phone with me, and said it'd be nice (didn't sound required) if I could bring a paper copy of one form with me. Totally my fault--I couldn't find it. Certainly was my issue. But we couldn't be seen. At this point, even if the care in back is solid, there's such a long-standing pattern of obstacles, sloppiness, and indifference that it wouldn't have seemed wise to proceed, even if they let us. I have been coming here for over 6 years and I use both the Chiropractor and massage therapy and this year this place has changed so much. The front desk staff has been rude and not very helpful. I've had multiple issues with my FSA funds and not going through. They changed their booking to only a month out which makes it difficult to get scheduled appointments. I've taken in documentation multiple times and it has not been saved in their system and was just asked to bring it in again. Doctors and companies like this need to work directly together as people don't know all the things required to bring in or the coding that they need. This has been nothing but frustrating and a waste of my time to be doing all the paperwork they require. Especially when I had brought it in multiple times and the front desk people did not get it in their system. I'm looking for a new massage/chiropractic care facility. read more

I found this business after I was injured at work and looking for an attending physician near my home. I was pleased that I could get chiropractic, physical therapy and massage all in one location. I am so happy I found them. Dr. Gill is amazing. He listens to you! He makes things very easy to understand and is very helpful. I had been skeptical of spinal manipulation, and he respected that and took it very slow. He recommended my orthopedic surgeon (Dr. Ali Annisipour), I've had my spinal surgery, rehabbed and am now heading back to work. I also worked with Dr. Sapida for PT there for the past two years and she has literally transformed my body. She is easy to work with and very knowledgeable about what is happening with your body mechanics. She has given me stretches to do at home that I will continue to do post injury. I have also enjoyed massage therapy with Mei. Her hands are magic, and she will go as hard or as easy as you request. When I began this, I was injured, scared and not sure what to do. YANMEI is the best massage therapist I've ever had! I've had a back surgery that caused muscle spasms so bad they were in a ball and hard as a rock. In a few visits and following her stretching advice, my pain is relieved and I'm a healthier person. Highly recommend! read more

I recommend this place if you're looking for a nice and welcoming front desk, a masseuse named Vina with magical hands and a down to earth chiropractor that makes you feel safe and heard. I've been here many times mostly to get a massage and I can't deny that Vina has left me leaving this place like I can run a marathon. This chiropractor office is amazing. I was in severe pain when I first started coming to this office. I have been going to Everett Spine & Rehab for about a year now, post back surgery. I see Yanmei for my massage and cupping. I should now only be going once every couple weeks, but because I feel so good after a session with her, I still go weekly! I feel like I can run a marathon after a session with her. Not only is she extremely good at what she does, but she's very welcoming and kind. She truly cares about her clients & patients. I was drawn to this place the second I met the office staff. Kelley is professional, warm and very resourceful. I'm a caregiver, so, when I'm being held up with mom's care, I can count on Kelley to help me reschedule (sometimes on the same day). They are very flexible. I've never seen a chiropractor before and Dr. Bower is absolutely wonderful. He is very passionate about his work & the care he gives his clients/patients is worthy. In my initial visit, he walked me through the procedure, explained his assessments & answered all my questions. On my first visit, I felt the difference immediately! AMAZING!
