They're very friendly here. I also really like how they have concrete visual ways to assess and diagnose to check progress. They take x-rays (not all chiropractors do that), so you can visually see what's going on. Lack of curve in the neck or misaligned hips (one hip higher than other). That really. Makes me feel better knowing they're not just going in blindly. (What if I had something more serious going on underneath or I had a weird anatomy?) I also love/appreciate the flexibility in scheduling. I have a very, very busy schedule. Because they're pretty far north, sometimes it's hard for me to make it up there. So they have the flexibility for me to choose a later appointment (to make sure I'm not late), but if I'm able to come in earlier (squeeze it in), then they can often see the earlier, and I can move on with the rest of the day. 11-14-2018 Professional Reference by Bruce McKinnon Dr. Kylee Stevenson and Therapist Kelly Wittemann Orton, LMP are exceptionally good, professionally trained practitioners in their respective fields - chiropractic and message. In addition, they are genuinely nice people. And, I feel more than qualified to make this judgement for two reasons. 1. I worked for physicians and managed medical / surgical groups for 34 years. 2. I have treated with other specialists in Chiropractic and message in the past with less than satisfactory results - the very reason why I changed providers and chose this group. I have been receiving massage treatment from Kelly for more than 5 years and Kylee now for over 3 years. Kylee received her doctorate from the Palmer College of Chiropractic (Davenport, IA), the founder of the chiropractic specialty (1897). My Medical History: I injured my back (radiating pain down right leg) in construction work (repeated lifting of a 120 lb. air hammer) while in high school in a small Minnesota rural town where I grew up. A local chiropractor helped me (4 visits) through the trauma. A second chiropractor helped me through a minor repeat of the issue (while on my college tennis team) -- when a heating pad and pain pills prescribed by the college primary care doctor failed to resolve the problem. Again, total relief by the chiropractor. NO further treatment was required for 22 years. Then while working as a management consultant to the healthcare industry, an excessive work period brought on another bout with radiating pain down my right leg in the early 1980's. This later required a hemi-laminectomy (low back) by a neurosurgeon (client). Another 20 years of no complaints followed (other than mild stiffness due to weather changes, but no back treatment or medication of any type. About 7 years ago, following on-going bouts with severe soreness and stiffness (and a resulting diagnosis of osteoarthritis by a rheumatologist), I again sought the assistance of a chiropractor (and this time, also with a massage therapist). After 6 months, I became dissatisfied with my progress (choice of practitioner and technique). I stopped treatment. I tried to avoid further assistance, but ultimately ended up at Natural Way Chiropractic Group in South Everett where I have continued to receive on-going chiropractic and massage treatment since. Here, my back issues have been held at the level of what I would classify as mild stiffness and soreness due to chronic arthritis (due in part to the above history). Note: I have never taken pain medication (a prejudice I developed because of my 34-year career in healthcare). Staff: Their front office staff, Sheena and Ashley, are a great team -- professional, well organized, sensitive to patient needs and scheduling, while always friendly -- with a mile and a good sense of humor. Came here because I couldn't walk for 2 weeks after I gave birth (suffered severe pubic symphysis). I called and was seen the next day. The receptionists (Sheena and Ashley) are awesome, they know their guests by name which is impressive. I mainly see Dr. V who has been serving for the past 32 years and knows his work. He's amazing and goes at your pace. I also go here for my massages, the LMPs are pretty darn good! I had a knot on my neck and shoulder for many years and Taryn relieved it! Curt is also great! Looks like my previous review either didn't make it or was removed. This place lost 2 very good chiropractors in the past several months and it hasn't been the same since. I am looking for a new place because the current chiropractor is nice but way too gentle. If I wanted that I would ask for a massage. There should be a fair amount of force and a bit a pain involved (not over-the-top but you should feel some snap, crackle and pop.) This place isn't what it used to be. Sad. read more

I am fairly new to Chiropractic Care, but my experience so far has been nothing short of amazing. I found them searching for local Chiropractor Offices and seen the great reviews and decided to send in a request for a consult using their website. I was contacted quickly about setting up an appointment, and was scheduled in about 2-3 business days after I sent in a request. I had my consultation/evaluation with Dr. John Virag who thoroughly explained each and every 'test' I had as we were moving through the evaluation. The entire consult and evaluation took around 45-50 minutes. They ask you to return once they've looked at the results so they can discuss your options and if Chiropractic Care is the right choice for your specific concerns. They did mention if Chiropractic Care wasn't right for me that they'd send me in the direction of someone who could help me further (which I really appreciated, as it shows they care). They have you watch informational videos after your initial consultation/evaluation, and after you come back to review the findings. I've had a total of 3 adjustments now & all I can say is I don't know why I waited so long to schedule an appointment. Everyone here is very friendly and professional. They have patient cards they give you so when you come in for an appointment you just swipe and go to your assigned room (where you'll swipe again). They also have orientation for new patients that is really great because you get a lot of information on how you can help them better help you (if that makes sense).
