Atlas Orthogonal and Dr. Webb "adjusted" what I thought was possible with chiropractic care. She is an insightful and caring doctor and has managed to do in just a under 2 months what no chiropractor or back specialist was able to do in years. She is amazing and I hope everyone with a difficult back or neck issue gets a chance to benefit from her methods. Dr. Webb aligned my Atlas about 6 weeks ago and with a few follow ups and a transition period for the muscles in my neck and back, I am experiencing a level of flexibility and movement that I can only describe as miraculous. Seriously, I now take a half a day off of work in Olympia (yes, I work in Olympia!) to drive up to see Dr. Webb (now) in Seattle. I have been a patient of her's since she started to practice in Washington. Prior to Dr. Webb, I would get severe spring colds that would knock me out of commission for at least 3 days. 4 years later, I have yet to have one again. When I am in severe pain, my atlas is out or even if my muscles just hurt, I see Dr. Webb and it is like a Clariton commercial. I walk in fuzzy, unfocused and tense. An adjustment here, several clicks here and literally, you can see me "sharpen", the relief is instantaneous. I am amazed at the relief every time, even after 4 years of care. She takes care of not just my spine, but she takes care of *ME*. From my joints, my muscles, even my sinuses! Today I was a mess. I mean a REAL mess, from my head, to my shoulders, to my elbows, my spine, my hips.. it was ugly. To add to it, I had a severe ear infection. After the magic of AO and the activator, I asked her about the ear. She informed me that the AO adjustment would actually help getting the ear on track for healing. Not even 30 minutes after leaving her office (for a 2 1/2 drive home mind you!), I could feel something changing in my ear. I could hear more, sounds were sharper. Every minute of the commute to and from her office is worth it. I have seen the benefits of AO; I am the benefit of AO and Activator. But don't think all AO chiropractors are the same. I tried an AO in Olympia, thinking I would get the same care and relief as with Dr. Webb. I was ever so wrong! I still remember when I came for the first time with so many issues, like: had numbness & tingling on my left leg (10 years+ problem before I came to Eden), went through pain on my left foot whenever I walked every.single.day, and some other things. All doctors helped me, mostly, I meet with Dr. Jo for my appointments. He's not only fix my body, but he also educated me on many things about how to take care of myself and prevent mistakes ~ like: stretching, how to maintain good postures, what shoes to wear, etc. Thank you Dr. Jo :) I can say 90% my issues have gone. The rest 10% happens when I didn't do what I supposed to do. Lol. I'm sorry. I always on my feet 10+ hrs a day and I like wearing heel shoes. Oops... (hey...I cut the frequency & the heel height by so much already). The front desk, Anastasia and Alona have been always the nicest ladies to me. Kind & always smiling. Cynthia (Lynnwood location) seems like the engineer behind the counter, smart lady. They are all pretty proactive in contacting me if certain day/time is available for me. But then I was told that I could only make an appointment if wanted massage therapy AND chiropractic care AND acupuncture. I explained I didn't need or want all three, and only wanted massage therapy. They insisted that I couldn't be seen for just that and I had to do all three, and said, "I don't really know how to explain it..." I asked to speak to someone else, and when the same person came back on the line, she then said they didn't take Kaiser insurance. Something feels scammy and smells fishy to me about this whole interaction and company. No thanks.

When I called to ask why I was charged an additional $170.00 for the office visit I was told it was because my insurance company required them to check in on how my treatment was going. I have been going for maintenance purposes. I did call my insurance company and was told that this was a false statement that they do not require this. I tried to speak with the office manager again and never received a call back. Unless you want to be charged for services every 4 months that don't amount to $170.00 worth of treatment I would avoid going to Vida.
