RET Corporate does not communicate with their employees at all about the issues that matter. They have not kept benefits for their part time employees during this pandemic. He would laugh about them telling me they will show up later with just their back pack, then they will pay him. I severed my relationship with him when he called me out of the blue asking me for a $3000 loan to help close some real estate scheme he was involved in. When I told him no he asked me how much I could give him. I see he is currently charged federally with cares act fraud to the tune of 3 million dollars. Good. A federal prison cell will probably more comfortable than the dank, unlit hole he called his waiting room. An absolute disgrace.

Her medical assistance, who was extremely rude and combative, informed my wife that the doctor would not be performing any procedures today. We told her we were not expecting a procedure, only an examination. The MA said the doctor had reviewed the pictures and, having never seen my daughter's ear, was going to refer her to and ENT. We explained we had already seen an ENT, and our daughter's primary care physician. Dermatology was the next step. We were informed the Dr. Chao had already determined there was nothing she could do, but we were welcome to come in anyways (this is not very reassuring for a parent to hear). The MA condescendingly informed us we would not be charged for the cancellation...I find this irritating because had we cancelled this close to the appointment we would still be charged, not to mention we had already withdrawn my daughter from school for this appointment.
