I have been seeing chiropractors since I was about 10 and have had a few good ones and many bad ones. Dr. Milham is one of the great ones! Not only has he been able to help decrease a lot of the constant pain I have been in but he actually told me WHY I was having so much pain versus just saying "this is how bodies are sometimes".. ugh. He gave me great easy exercises to do at home to help between visits to keep things aligned and is not one of the chiropractors who try to get you to come in more than needed because they wanna make $$$$! I started seeing Dr. Milham as a new patient to chiropractic care and was looking for overall health and wellness visits. We discovered some issues with my neck and I am shocked at the increase in my range of motion and how much inflammation has gone down in my spine! Having a balanced nervous system has also made me feel more relaxed in general, which is a huge blessing in these crazy times. Since seeing Dr. Milham I now have my 4 kids seeing him as well. He's helped one of my teens with knee pain which we discovered was due to a slight spinal curvature and he has helped my eldest teen with migraines due to a neck injury from a traumatic birth. It's odd to me that they try to lock you into a prepay option for multiple visits (26 visits for me), so we can supposedly save money on our copay. This feels very predatory to me, along with the multiple calls to revisit. This practice is very aggressive in pursuing my "health" and I am surprised there are not more reviews about this. The last straw was receiving a TEXT MESSAGE from their office, which is absurd. If this didn't feel like a chiropractor who was trying to pump out patients like a factory, it will when you have 3-4 patients all in one room AT THE SAME TIME getting treatments. I would seriously recommend another practice, one that won't try to lock you in and keep you coming back. It all feels very slimy. read more

Got a groupon for a free exam and a 60 minute massage. I got to schedule the exam right away and found that I would need chiropractic treatments for 6 months. The massage however couldn't be scheduled until about 4 weeks later which was disappointment. Finally had the massage today and it was OK. I definitely feel better in most places, but my problem areas weren't taken care of to my satisfaction. However, Dr. Milham and the staff are very friendly so I enjoy coming here for my 3 times/week adjustments. Lots of people come here so it seems like a good place although I've only been going here for about a month. Hopefully 6 months from now I'll be feeling better! read more

When my leg went numb, I started seeing Dr Millham. They ASK you to do a package because it saves the patient money and ensures that he'll be able to treat you until finished; rather than go for a couple of visits and be mad the problem wasn't resolved. Chiropractor work can take time and people don't have patience. This is pretty much a standard so I don't know why people are so angry or shocked about it. At any rate, I really like going there and my leg is no longer numb. The office gals are SUPER and Dr. Millham is a lovely practitioner. He's just a really nice man. They work with your schedule and aren't total jerks if you need to cancel. I absolutely recommend this clinic. read more

I would not have bought the Amazon Local deal for a massage if I had realized they are only open Mon-Thurs 9-6. My bad, but the rest of you are now warned that you won't be able to get a weekend or evening massage here. I had to schedule my massage 8, yes 8 weeks out so my boyfriend and I could get appointments at 4 &5 together (sort of). And I'll have to leave work early to do it. I was recommended Dr. Milham from my acupuncturist who commented about the benefit of doing both practices for greater results. Little did I know that emotional stress could limit the range of motion in my neck and cause extreme tightness and pain in my shoulders. I was at a loss on how to cure my chronic and nagging pain. Ice and heat was just not doing it. I had never seen a chiropractor before so I was a bit nervous. I am extremely happy that I went out of my comfort zone to get chiropractic care with Dr. Milham. Dr. Milham and his team of approachable ladies are professional and very courteous. I feel that they genuinely care and are interested in what you have to say. In addition to chiropractic care, I found that they have made the extra effort in providing "information sessions" to keep the community better informed on what to watch out for, what to think about, and how to approach or move towards wellness & overall health, and how chiropractic care can help individuals on that wellness path. The reasons why I've given their services 4/5 rather than 5/5 is because 1) They are only open from M-Th 9a-6p, which makes it difficult for me to make it there exactly on time from Seattle by the last adjustment appointment slot; and 2) I've encountered this when I first contacted them a few months after purchasing a massage and initial chiropractic exam package (through Amazon Local), then again recently when I called and left a message requesting a call back to reschedule an appointment - that they have not returned my calls within a timely manner. I know each business has a different set of standards, but where I work, we are expected to return calls within 1-2 business days, so I was basing that comment off of what I'm used to doing. Now, to go back to 1) even with those hours, they have been very flexible and understanding with me, and several times, have been able to squeeze me in even if I were late. I'm not saying it should be a habit, but the point being is that I feel that they honestly do consider and understand other factors that may play into one showing up late. The massage that I received recently was well-needed and did just the trick of helping my muscles relax. She focused on the areas where I told her I felt the most pain, and I left feeling a sense of relief. Overall, no harm in giving them a try if you're interested in seeking Chiropractic care for not just spinal concerns; they've got much more to offer! They're wonderful people, and Dr. Milham has been successful in helping to reduce my neck and back discomfort from my horrible posture and too much time in front of a computer at work. :) read more

I am looking for Chiropractic and Massage help and groupons etc are a great way to try practitioners. My experiences doing so have always been ok to excellent. I will not know how things could have been with Milham since we got off on the wrong foot. I bought 2 amazon Local vouchers, both for Myself. They post so many, I attempted to buy a third. Understandably I was rejected on on the third attempt to purchase a voucher with the note "I had reached my limit. I made my first appointment for Chiropractic consultation. I told him although I need to regularly,I have not been able to see a chiropractor recently because of finances.He was out so fast, leaving the impression that money is ALL that matters, not patients. Well...I still had the massage to look forward to (scheduled 6 weeks out) After 3 weeks, I decided to call and schedule my other massage voucher. I looked it up in my amazon local account to find both unused vouchers marked as used by them. I called to ask about that, and schedule the second appointment. She confirmed she had marked them as used and that someone else could use it as a gift but I could not. (I didn't buy these as gifts, and was not refused purchase on these 2, just the 3rd) I can't go there now. It is evident they ONLY care about money and NOT AT ALL about patients seeking help. Amazon Local was great about refunding me on these. I think potential clients should know the kind of people they're dealing with. read more

I bought a groupon for this location that was to include a deep tissue massage and chiropractic adjustment, with an optional consultation and wellness exam. The fine print specified that this deal could be redeemed on either one or two days. When I called to make the appointment, I was told I HAD to have the consultation and exam (which I was not interested in doing) and this process would take 2-3 different appointments spread over 2-3 different days. I certainly don't have enough free time on my hands to drive 30+ minutes 3 separate days for a massage and adjustment. Michelle and her magical hands! One of closest friends is a chiropractor, so I get that aspect of this hot mess, aka my body, handled elsewhere, but I don't know any massage therapists... And then enters Michelle and her magical hands! I found this practice via amazon local deals. I purchased the voucher months ago. This morning, I woke up and the muscles in my lower back were spasming, and my right hand and arm were numb. Both caused by high amounts of stress that tighten my muscles and cause disabling pain. I called this morning, fortunately for me, and not so much for someone else, they had a cancellation and I could see the massage therapist this evening! As if that wasn't fantastic enough, Michelle is AMAZING! Talk about a double WIN! I walked out of the office with messy hair and feeling AMAZING, my pack pain is gone, my numbness down considerable, not perfect but I walked in a MESS, and I walked out feeling a thousand times better! This is my 5th massage therapist in my life, I feel like I've had enough different people to voice an opinion but not enough to be a professional. My opinion: I'm loving myself for buying that voucher knowing I needed a new massage therapist but not knowing how to find one. Honestly, regular hourly rates are reasonable and possibly, very probably, too low for Michelle and her magical hands! I'd pay more... I got the amazon local deal. they would not schedule my massage until I went in for a free chiropractic consult. So, I had to sit through that for an hour, waste of time. The actual massage had to be scheduled about 2 months ahead. It left much to desire. For an entire hour of massage, I only had my back, neck and lower legs massaged! A lot of "light pressure point" type touch that wasn't really massage. Very low quality massage. This is just a ploy to get them into your office. Next time I need a massage, I will look elsewhere. read more

Best chiropractor there is!! I originally started at Dr. Milhams with a Groupon. 60 minute Massage with one of his associates, and a consultation with him. Right from the very start I was very impressed with his detail and non-pressure approach. I've been seeing him consistently for a couple years now, and feel so much better than when I started. He even helped my toddler sleep through the night, who hadn't slept through the night since she was born. She was 2 when I brought her in, and is 4 now. She hasn't had issues with sleep since he started seeing her. He did a very gentle program with her and she enjoyed seeing him every time! He was seriously a life saver! He always knew exactly what to do when I had a tight muscle or soreness due to a misalignment. I've been to other chiropractors in the past, and they seemed to not truly listen, and appeared to do the exact same adjustments with every patient.
