I will not go anywhere else. I have now included my children in being cared for by Dr Anthony. My daughter is extremely active in a variety of sports and very hard on her body. She often times doesn't know how to back off when her body is telling her she's overworking. She endured an almost sports ending injury and Dr Anthony really broke down the verbiage to her level of understanding and explained how to rehabilitate. She has been able to come back from this injury and now knows how to protect her body better. When this injury occurred, we reached out to him and he was able to provide us the tools and guidance needed. I woke up and my neck was killing me. I could not move it to the right. In dire pain, I called some friends, and my one girlfriend recommended Chirobody. She took me to the office (clearly I wasn't driving anywhere, unless it was left - lol). The process was easy enough. I was able to go online and fill out paperwork ahead of time to bring with me. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant, and walked me through my benefits since my insurance was covering this visit. Had a coconut water from the fridge they provide for their patients, nice touch. The doctor comes out to greet me, brings me to the room for the exam. He listens carefully to my current issues, (stress at work, sleep habits are all over the map) and checks my range of motion. He did some orthopedic testing as my issue was that I couldn't move my neck to the right without excruciating pain. He explains that he found a sprain strain and that I was mis-aligned. He was very gentle because I was nervous as hell (I'm a sissy), and gave me an adjustment and followed that with a treatment plan. I don't know what this doc did, but the right was looking clearer! Love love love this place. I had to stop my treatments a little early due to insurance prices, be careful with how many appointments you go to before fully knowing the cost of treatment. I would recommend calling your insurance yourself to see the cost. I ended up paying more than double what I thought it would be. However, the time that I went for treatment Chirobody I saw a huge improvement in my neck and back. All of the staff were kind, knowledgeable and helpful. DO NOT COME HERE! This place is a total scam. They scheduled me for the maximum amount of appointments my insurance would cover, so they could get the most money possible. Because they failed to do the proper documentation at each visit, the last of the claims were denied on the basis of 'lack of documentation'. This is complete laziness on their part. They are now attempting to collect that amount from me, essentially blaming me for how poorly they run their office. Front desk continued to book me for services, not notifying me that a claim had already been denied, which led to multiple visits being billed directly to me. Receptionists are rude and not helpful. Just okay. I had one massage there with a gentleman who was perfect for my needs. The kind of care I needed without the fluff. Rescheduled with him for a couple weeks later he was so great. I then called to move the appointment just a couple days before and was informed that he was no longer with the practice. Were they going to just let me show up but have no one to see me? MY FAMILY LOVES CHIROBODY! We've been seeing Dr. Stephanie and Dr. Anthony for years. Way back when they were located in an ND office. When they moved, we had the pleasure of adding Dr. Waller's skills to the mix. I love going to a chiropractic office where you can call for a same day appt and be happy with whoever is available to see you! Dr. Stephanie adjusted me through my pregnancy, using a mix of Webster and other gentle techniques. I would come in limping in pain and walk out painless! I don't know what I would have done without her. She has pregnancy pillows so that you can lay face down. We loved her and her demeanor so much that we even hired her to be on call and at our home birth. She then adjusted my newborn. She will always be a fabric of our memories and life. Dr. Anthony and Dr. Waller are awesome as well. My husband especially likes their strength and ability to get his back freed up and moving well again. I appreciate their ability to sense exactly where my pain is and how it relates to other parts of my body. This is no crack and go type of chiro office. They all use many different tools and manual therapies to get the muscles to relax and cooperate with the adjustments. I walk out feeling a bit "high" every time from the endorphins that come along with the treatment and pain relief. I just took my 7 year old to Dr. Waller after an injury to the muscle in her back and she enjoyed her treatment very much. As a Dad, he has a very calming demeanor with little ones. We've also recently been seeing Tony, who provides a unique type of acupuncture. He also has an innate sense about where the issue is stemming from and what he needs to work on manually to get you the most effective results from the needling. I highly recommend Dr. Waller. I had been going to Chirobody for a year for personal training and massage, but was leery of seeing a Chiropracter. My massage therapist said it would help but it was not until I was in severe pain that I decided to try it. Dr. Waller explained everything to me clearly and after 3 weeks I am almost pain free. If could give more than 5 stars I would without hesitation! I have been seeing Dr Anthony for only about one month, but the results have far exceeded my expectations already. I have had TMJ issues for the last 10 yrs, progressively having more and more trouble. This past year the pain became constant and I seemed to be losing range of motion at a rapid pace. I had come to the realization that without a change I would be destined to a liquid diet and nonstop pain. I would wake every morning with a headache and my inability to manage the pain was affecting my ability as a wife and mother. Even after my first appointment I experienced improvement-major improvement! After just about a month, my headaches have almost completely disappeared, I am able to eat normal food again, and I can function as a normal human!
