Haven't posted a review in a while and felt compelled to warn others. Any time my boyfriend and I are in Everett, we go to Lomi Lomi and will usually invite family or friends to join us from time to time and although there are flaws, we usually ignore it due to the kind and attentive masseuses. Unfortunately, today will be the last day that my boyfriend and I will be there. I'm unsure if who I had was new but the receptionist seemed to be my masseuse. She left the room 8 times during my 60 min. massage and when she got back to the room the second time, she had pressure on my calves and held it there and while doing that, I felt her other hand texting!!! Not only that, she asked me if I wanted medium or hard at the beginning of the massage and I asked medium. When I tell you that was no where close to what I wanted and was waiting to speak up to request her to go softer, she ups and leaves the room again to check people in or whatever she was doing. The massage felt rushed, rough and borderline disrespectful. I felt like a dirty laundry pile every time she moved my body to a certain area or threw the sheet back on to cover a part of my body. She didn't even ask if the hot stone was ok and she actually rubbed it on my back for less than 20 seconds rushing it through. THEN, when I laid on my back- she was so rough that the sheet kept on moving further and further down that my left nipple was almost exposed and she didn't even fix it!! All she said was, "all done. Thank you" and I fixed myself before she opened the door. She was like a person who is too good or have done this for too long that she got complacent and didn't care what was happening to the client. The best part? She kept asking for cash for discount which is fine and I told her I'm waiting for my boyfriend since he'll be paying. I didn't know my boyfriend went to the car to get cash but he told me he told her and she didn't explain anything and kept telling me to sit down to wait and the way she gestured it was like there was no trust. I told my boyfriend to tip $10 each (we usually tip $20 each) and when he handed her the $20 cash for 2 masseuse, she said "that's it? For 2 people?" Yes lol. What do you expect? Oh, and my boyfriend didn't even get hot stone. @Lomi Lomi- Every time we went here, we didn't mind the noises from people coming in or by neighboring stores. I'm unsure who this person is, but this needs to be fixed. The treatment, lack of etiquette, atmosphere and everything else was by far the worst experience we've ever had. What should be a peaceful and relaxing massage, was actually the most stressful and painful massage I've ever endured. Please train your staff better. read more

I WILL NEVER BE BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AGAIN. She made a nasty sound at me and shooed me away when I didn't tip her because she hurt me. I weigh 115 pounds and am a size S I do not need elbows and digging I asked for a relaxing massage. I asked for a soft medium massage. I got two hours and she did not use hands on my back, just her elbows even on my neck for over an hour, including the bone of her forearm. It was painful and I kept asking her to stop using elbows and she would giggle and say it's OK I used to come here with a girlfriend of mine, but we will not be coming back after the painful AND RUDE experience yesterday. I've had wonderful experiences here before but they were younger woman. I do not think the therapist was licensed. She did not even help me turn over and lift the sheet or would cover me up and left me in the cold. read more

When I paid she hovered over me when I tipped, 10% because the service was shitty. Then looked so shocked and audibly said "whaaaaaat?" It was so uncomfortable I said thank you and left. After I left the room where I was getting a massage, a woman named Daisy who was giving me a massage called me to the front desk. I approached and she told me that since my massage lasted 90 minutes, it cost 90 dollars. But she wants me to pay the tip as well. I don't mind tipping, I leave tips for people, but since it was a gift for me from my friend. I find it very humiliating and rude to tell me that I should pay her a tip. My friend gave me a gift, and I came to this salon because they gave me a gift card here. Why should I tip? I have a very bad opinion about this salon. I will recommend my friends not to go there. I really appreciate Lomi Lomi Spa in Everett, the service is what I expected. The ladies are well trained in deep tissue which is my favorite after a long day at work. After reading the messages from the customers who are complaining about this salon I will comment regarding my feelings of their issues. This is a good salon and the employees are well thought of by regular customers. They all treat people with courtesy and give quality service. It is customary for tips to be given just about everywhere. Even if a person is given a gift certificate they must be aware that a tip is required. This is America and it is a given. I have known Daisy for many years and she is a kind, beautiful individual. She is a very hard worker and is professional in her job. In my opinion, I do NOT think she was wrong in asking for a tip at all. Most people who have the opportunity to even have a 90 minute massage would leave a tip, especially if you got a gift card for free. Went in there with no expectation but it was Surprisingly good. I like decent amount of pressure and the lady was able to do an exceptional job. I did not book an appointment, but was able to get an hour in because by the time I came out there were couple of guys waiting. All in all a good experience, pretty decent massage. read more

I stopped in last night with no expectations. I just moved to the Washington area from California with a pretty decent experience history with massage parlors. I'd say this was one of the greater experiences I've had lately! My masseuse's name is Amy and she had hands of an angel! Her hands were so soft yet she got into all my knots and was even concerned if she was too firm (which for me, she wasn't at all!) My favorite part was the table shower. I've never experienced it and was pleasantly surprised. One definitely has to be comfortable in their own skin to do so as the masseuse will most likely catch a glimpse of your body.. however Amy was extremely professional and did not make me feel awkward or insecure at all! Prices are good, $60 for 60 minutes. Cindy was great! She asked me how much pressure I wanted before the massage began. (Most small walk in massage places I've been to don't do that) I'm not a modest person so this didn't really bother me but instead of a full sheet they provide you with a medium sized towel. Enough to cover your top and bottom parts but not when you roll over. Lol so if you are modest keep your undies on and be sure to get request the gender of masseuse you are most comfortable with. read more

I was recently injured on the job, and was experiencing back, neck, and shoulder pain. I tried Lomi Lomi as I could not get in to see the chiropractor's massage therapist, and I am glad I did. The massage therapist at Lomi Lomi saw me right away and within minutes she was working-out the pains and strained muscles throughout my body. I found this place searching from my location in Mill Creek while I was away from home for the day. I chose a 60-minute massage. The room was warm, clean and professional looking. I could relax easily. From head to toe, every part minus my chest and belly were addressed. I knew where I was tight, and found that the therapist did an excellent job on those areas. For example, with my tight leg, she did not push past its natural limitations. I would come again, and take the 90-minute massage. read more
