I stop by to get my iphone repair, thinking it was a half an hour job I decided to bring it in, well, I ended up staying over 2 hours waiting for my iphone to be repair, the first time something happen that the screen ended up all loose so I had to wait for the technician to install a new screen. But first she wanted to help someone else that showed up instead of me, knowing I was there first & longer.... anyway, maybe I'll look somewhere else next time... but hopefully there is no next time :), this time I will take extra care of my iphone..... read more

They have great customer service and I enjoyed looking around the store (: I recommend coming her to buy and repair (:

The cashier Angela, was very friendly however, the process of getting my phone was irritating and the result was not what I was expecting. I came in at 11:00 to drop off my phone and they said it would be done in 2 hours. I came at 1:45 to see if it was done but there was a sign at door saying that they would be back at 2:30; however, she didn't come till a little past 3:00. I saw groups of people come and go and I decided to call the store twice. No one picked up and when she arrived I noticed that there was someone in the back the entire time. They were still not finished with my phone so I had to wait a bit more. Finally, when I compared my screen to another iPhone, the screen was noticeably dimmer. read more

Easy to find and quick service. Phone techs were pleasant and very helpful. Each person was knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable and service is quick. I had a screen replaced on an iPhone 6s for only $65 + tax. The replacement screen was Apple brand. I only deducted a star because accessories are expensive. read more

Got information ahead of time from Jeff, very informative. Went in about a half hour later to get my cracked screen fixed. Price was $59+tax (I was expecting at least $80). The girl at the desk was friendly and took a look at my phone. Went through a checklist to see what exactly was wrong with it (phone screen had cracked so bad that the touch screen was being wonky). She told me the pricing for a new screen. They had two different options, one cheaper one more expensive but not once was she pushy about selling me the more expensive one. She told me it would be ready in 40 minutes. Came back a little after 40 minutes and it was ready. She wanted to make sure everything worked well so she asked me to take a picture with camera and make a phone call. Everything worked well. I didn't feel rushed. Will definitely be coming back here if I have any issues with my phone. read more

I completely shattered my entire screen and my phone was pretty bent. I went in and Jeff gave me several different options that we could do and showed me the differences in prices, while also explaining each one thoroughly since I didn't understand how it worked. He fixed my screen completely and even was able to bend my phone back a little bit (without breaking it). I would definitely recommend going here, it'll save you over $200 rather than going to the Apple store. read more

Jeff did a great job on my Iphone 6s. It had external and internal cracks on the screen and now it looks brand new. Great customer service too! read more

I called them on 10/8/19 Since they had repaired my iPad before I thought I would ask them if they can work on laptops and I told him what the problem was they told me bring it in. I took it in with no display, I took them 4 days to look at it. They ordered a motherboard from China, that was the only way they could get it. End result they told me on 11/12/29 that it was it could not be repaired. I would think it should not have taken we over 30 days for a end result. I think it is new people running the place, the other guy was much better and professional. read more

Great company fixed phone twice - loved the Discount for accessories too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took my 2017 iPad to another Whittier area iPhone and tablet repair shop and they charged me what I thought was a reasonable amount to replace my broken glass screen. Within a month of that screen replacement, I began to have "ghost" taps- apps closing/opening, screen zooming in/out, buttons in apps being activated... all by themselves. I took the iPad back a few months later when the ghost taps got worse and I could get anything done on the iPad. They kept it a few hours then called and said they had removed and reset the glass screen and charged $30. I took it home and with one day the ghost taps were back. I brought it to iRepair at Whittwood and for just a little more money than I spent on the original repair, they replaced the screen AND replaced a cracked screen on my iPad mini 1. They had it all done in just a few hours and I'm typing this review three days later on my iPad and happy to report the screen is working great! No ghost taps, no problems whatsoever for the past three days. I'm very happy with their work, and was informed when they removed the other screen from that other repair place in Whittier, that they had used regular glue to put it down instead of electronics components glue. I'm glad I decided to come here! Great service. read more

Took in an iPad that had a piece of charger cable stuck in the port. I was told that they'd try to remove the piece from the port first. If that didn't work then the port would have to be replaced. The repair took less time than I'd been quoted, and the best part was that they'd been able to remove the piece rather than having to replace it, saving me $30. How many places try to save you money? I was very impressed and will now be using them for any phone or tablet repairs I might need. read more

Got my iPhone 6 Plus screen replaced today. Everything went smoothly and the service was exceptional.

The guy in here is very honest with you and genuinely cares for his customers, he'll tell you what your best bet would be rather than just trying to scam you into paying him for services which i appreciate greatly. I didn't actually receive a service here but he helped me save tons of money by suggesting the best possible option for me so I will definitely return if ever needed and recommend to friends! read more
