The worker took a look at it, and used a special tool to take all the dust that was stuck in the charging port (yuuuuck!) I wish I took a picture of all the dust that was pulled out from the charging port. When she was done cleaning the charging port, she walked over and used a charger to charge it! To my surprise, it worked! I was overjoyed and elated and best of all, she didn't charge me! Fantastic service! I contacted Ryan about getting my iPhone repaired. I told him that I was receiving "searching for signal" for the past few days & decided to update the firmware. Half way through, I receive a (-1) error code and tried everything to restore the phone and nothing works. I've been messing around with iPhones for a while and this is the first time I actually contacted a store to see if this can be fixed. Ryan messaged me back right away (9:30PM) and told me that it's the mother board and that Apple will take care of it. Thanks for the fast response and also saving me some time. I just came back from the Apple Store and they ran some tests on my phone and came to the same conclusion. Goes to show that Ryan really knows what he's talking about. My iPhone 6s Plus totally faceplanted on concrete the screen totally shattered I called over ten places and this place had the best price BY FAR. The cashier Angela, was very friendly however, the process of getting my phone was irritating and the result was not what I was expecting. I came in at 11:00 to drop off my phone and they said it would be done in 2 hours. I came at 1:45 to see if it was done but there was a sign at door saying that they would be back at 2:30; however, she didn't come till a little past 3:00. I saw groups of people come and go and I decided to call the store twice. No one picked up and when she arrived I noticed that there was someone in the back the entire time.
