I went in for a simple battery change, which resulted in them cracking my screen. After getting the screen fixed (free of charge), I took it home and the phone cracked on the first day. I went back and paid for another screen replacement, and today it cracked because my laptop hit it when I was taking it out of my backpack. I don't think they use official apple products, because I had no problems with my first official apple screen. I will not be coming back here. read more

I went in today and had the best experience possible when fixing a broken phone screen. There were some odd lines on the right side of my phone screen which appeared after dropping and cracking my phone, it caused me to be unable to use it properly. I took it in to be repaired and was pleasantly surprised with my experience. It was repaired quickly and right in front of me. The previous repair shop I was going to took it to a back room, only accepted cash and took about an hour to fix a screen. All in all I believe it took no longer than 25 minutes. Charlie was kind, and explained everything he was doing while doing it. To fix multiple issues only cost $100. And he threw in a free phone case for me since I clearly have butter fingers since I went in for a shattered screen. If I could put more stars, I would. Came here needing my power button fixed for my iPhone4s. I thought it would be an easy fix after watching some YouTube videos (slip a piece of paper btwn point A and B). However, I did not want to risk breaking my entire phone like an idiot, so I came to PCS HQ and I'm glad I did. The staff is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I sat in front of Charlie while he fixed my phone within 15-20 minutes. It was definitely not an easy fix. He took apart the entire phone and showed me what the problem was (the clicker for the button had worn down so putting a piece of paper as a 'spacer' would definitely have done absolutely nothing). I mentioned that I was glad I came here because there were about 40 screws the size of an ant and all these parts everywhere. There would've been no way for someone with no previous experience to be able to dissemble and put all the pieces back together. I would have definitely broke my phone. The price is definitely reasonable! Will refer friends and come back to get my phone fixed if needed! read more

My daughter's ipad battery was at the end of its life, so we brought it in to PCS HQ for battery replacement. They did a fine job, and her ipad works great now. Sure, the glass is a bit elevated on one corner, but that's what they had to do to prevent forcing it in and breaking the glass, which would have cost more. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I came here to get my laptop fixed, and Jason was very nice. The shop did not have a diagnostic fee, so that was a plus! Even though Jason was unable to fix my keyboard (due to the the extent of water damage), he tried his best to be accommodating. Because of my early flight, I was crunched on time and needed it done within a few days. Jason did his best to pick up the parts and finish the laptop by the agreed time. Although the wait was a bit longer than I had hoped for on Monday night when I came to pick it up, in the end, Jason was apologetic for being unable to fix the laptop and the inconvenience of me driving to Brea for something that could not be fixed (unless I get the logic board changed, but that was beyond my budget). He agreed to refund everything, and even dropped off the laptop at my house!! I was surprised there was such an offer, and am thankful that he did what he could to make it less inconvenient for me the night before I fly out to the east coast. read more

I can't say enough great things about PCS HQ! I went there initially for a broken iphone screen. They were quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. I walked out moments later with a good-as-new-phone. Months later, after the most recent iphone update, my phone started acting weird. I tried to reboot it and it stayed stuck on the apple screen and would not even turn off. Before dealing with the apple store I took it into PCS. The guys took the phone apart and determined that it was pretty much dead and non-repairable. I panicked, realizing that I had no means of communication or access to my calendar, contacts, email, etc. The guys were totally sympathetic and even helped me book an appointment at the apple store so that I wouldn't have to go home to do that. Charlie also offered me a loaner phone AT NO COST to borrow for the few days while I waited to get into the apple store. He put my SIM card in the loaner so I had the same phone number. This company is a real class act. They didn't have anything to gain (well, except a continued loyal customer!) by loaning me the phone or helping me out with the apple appointment. Charlie also told me what to expect at the apple store and because of him I knew that I could trade in my old phone for a rebuilt/refurbished one for half the price of a brand new phone. The apple employee of course didn't mention this option upfront (only that I would have to buy a new phone) until I asked about the cheaper option. Bottom line, PCS rocks! If you are having issues with your phone, definitely check this place out first. read more

I just got my iPhone 5 recently and then I dropped my phone and cracked the screen so my friend recomended me to Jason to get my phone fix. He was very fast and very helpful. I have never had an I phone before so i didn't really know what do and how to use it so after he fixed my phone and made it all better again, he went through all my questions explained and showed me how to do this and that. he was super patient , I was very glad he took the time because I was so lost . He was very throughout teaching me step by step. Not only he save my iPhone, he even showed me how to use it. I was very happy leaving his store. After that I also came back for him to fix my lap top. As a girl I don't know much about computer or electronic for that matter. Very pleased with the service at this store. Thought I'd be paying $45 to have the charging port replaced on my iPhone 6s. Charlie diagnosed the problem as lint in the charging port. Dropped my iphone 5 on my driveway and the entire front screen shattered, leaving shard of glass in my finger when I touched it. I called up PCS HQ after another place didn't have my color in stock. The man on the phone said he could replace my screen in 20 minutes, and even though they were closing in 45 minutes he told me to come down now. I got there 30 minutes to closing and they kindly helped me. The did a bunch of tests to make sure everything else was working and then changed the screen while I sat there and waited. After the screen was replaces they re-ran the tests to make sure everything was still working and I was on my way. For $160 I got fast and amazing service. Going to PCS HQ was a breeze! read more

The screen cracked on my galaxy s4, searched up on the Internet for a phone repair place close to me and ended up trying the place out. He showed me the process of what they do to repair it, the cost of the parts from where they buy it online and dangers of getting it repaired. I'd have to say that he delivered exactly what he said he'd do in a very professional manner. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment to anyone who needs a repair. I have no idea what they charged to fix the phone was a "good deal," but quite frankly they obviously knew what they were doing and I didn't care. I found PCS HQ on Yelp and found out that they are actually open on Sundays! Once i got there, not only was the Charles (who owns the place) available, he actually quickly diagnosed and fixed my phone in 20 minutes!!! This place is amazing!!!! Fixed my screen that was completely destroyed, with missing glass across the top, and it would only light up black. Apple told me the same repair would be $350-450 and I would have to wait until Friday (4 days) but pcs hw fixed it in 15 minutes. I cannot recommend highly enough! Last year, when I brought my iPhone in with a cracked screen, they repaired quickly and for a fair price. Happy. Easy peasy. This week, I dropped my latest iPhone in the TOILET and seeing the screen flicker and spaz out, I thought for sure it was a lost cause. I brought it in the next day, not even sure if water damage is treatable. The nice gentleman at the front desk took the phone apart right away, in front of me, to see how bad it was. He said it didn't look too bad, and should be able to be repaired. He was up front about what the process involves, how long it would take, and the minimum cost as well as the maximum cost to fix. I handed over the phone and he said he would call in three days. Got a call in three days saying my phone was fixed and ready to pick up! AND, they only had to do the basic water damage treatment, which was the minimum $ amount. They could have lied and said they had to replace the screen or battery to charge me more, and I would not have known the difference, but they were 100% honest and did a great job, doing what was necessary to fix it. My phone functions like NEW and I could not be happier! Amazing customer service, honest, fair priced, and quality work.
