Im so glad I checked Yelp for a good cell phone store that is not a rip-off verizon,sprint,etc. Im illiterate when it comes to cell phone options. I called this am and got a good vibe from Charlie who told me that he had new and used iPhones and gave me prices for what he had. I walked in and got great service from Jason (Charlie's son) who took his time dummy-ing down his explanation of features etc. I will update this review whether good or bad. Same as everyone else. Amazing experience! Called and talked to Charlie regarding my broken screen and he was very pleasant and professional over the phone. I went down with my wife and we sat with Jason. It is a father(Charlie) son(Jason) duo. He examined the phone and diagnosed it very quick. He told me what they charge up front so I was completely aware. There was no bait and switch or anything else he tried to sell or over sell me on. I got a new screen and LCD for $120! Waaaaaayyyy cheaper than anywhere else!! They also had a lot of really cool accessories for your phone, covers, earpieces, screen protectors that were cheaper than swap meet and even online prices! To top it off, everything was done in less than 20 mins! Such a great experience with these guys at a genuine family owned business that definitely respects and appreciates their customers. You are in good hands here. My wife's iPhone power button stopped working and Charlie fixed it while I watched. Pretty amazing to watch him work, and clearly demonstrates fixes like this are not an easy DIY endeavor. As he warned me in advance the proximity sensor might not work after the button fix, and that ended up being the case. He had another trick up his sleeve, though, and so I left it with him for several hours. He ended up staying past closing time to get it done, and managed to do the whole repair for $70. A bargain for such great workmanship and no BS. If I need another repair, I'll be coming back here and sending my friends as well. read more

I cracked the screen on my Iphone 4s and took my phone in today. I was warmly greeted by Charlie and taken right away. He had me sit in front of him, as I watched him take a part my phone. He explained to me what he was doing and in less then 25 minutes he had fixed my phone! Charged me 59, which is a great price compared to other places I called. He also cleaned it for me! I just learned about this place today and I am thoroughly impressed!! Their fast service and knowledge on apple devices were on point!! My iPhone 5 had big crack from top to bottom and also the LCD was damaged. They had it fixed in less than and hour. Also my phone was pretty dusty and they cleaned it up all for a responsible price. My husbands camera on his iPhone is not working and we're taking that in asap!! Amazing repair for a cracked screen!! I had no wait to be seen and the staff was extremely friendly and answered any questions I had. He didn't try to over-sell their products and it was a great and relaxed environment. My screen is good as new and I got to put my $10 value I earned from checking in on Yelp towards a tempered-glass screen protector so it only cost me $10 extra plus the screen replacement.
