Too many great things to say about this place after a multiple visits. I got a killer deal today on a camera repair on my iPhone 5, and got my front cleaned out too as a service when the Apple Store told me to buy a whole new screen to fix the fuzziness. Location can be missed so keep your gps on, parking is easy and about 20 ft from store. The store itself is very clean and dust free, I might add. This place could fix any of your devices, particularly smartphones and tablets, with its large variety of parts. Almost all parts you could need they have or may be able to get you the same day. Jason is a true tech guru and will tell you what you should fix and shouldn't fix in your device for your benefit. He will advise you not to fix something if he feels it is simply not worth it for you especially if you plan to upgrade the phone soon. Best of all the prices at this place are cheapest I've seen anywhere including craigslist, and I know for a fact almost all the parts used for iPhone repairs are oem (with exception of certain screens). I have a very hard time trusting anyone other than Apple or Sprint to repair my phone. However, PCS did a fantastic job. I walked in at 5:30 (they close at 6) and Charlie immediately assisted me and fixed my phone right in front of me. As soon as it was finished I mentioned the Yelp check-in for a free screen protector and because they were out of iphone 6 screen protectors, Charlie gave me a free tempered glass screen protector (which usually costs $20 there). I had the best experience at this store. Charlie was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, honest and reassuring with me. I needed him to be all of those things since I was a wreck over the fact that I had dropped my phone into a toilet. Fortunately, it was a clean toilet, but my phone was sopping wet and had stopped working. My ability to connect with the world is tied to that phone; I was desperate to get it fixed. Though my phone was beyond repair, Charlie found an inexpensive phone for me and was able to transfer all of my information, contacts, photos, etc to it! I have used PCS HQ three times in the last two years and have been very happy with their service for both cell phones and computers. They are honest, kind and helpful. Recently I took my desk top computer in for repair. When they were unable to call and tell me my computer was ready (my phone line was out), Charlie delivered it to me. This place is amazing. I dropped my phone and it shattered and the inside of the phone was glitching and half of the screen was black. I went in and watched them fix it right in front of me within less than 30 minutes. The workers are very nice and helpful and even gave me a free screen protector. They also included life time warranty! I have been to many places to fix my phone and none of them compare, especially Nexcell phone repair which is right down the street. I am very pleased with this business and the customer service they provided me. I came in with a dead cell IPHONE . In about 2 mins Charlie had cracked the case open in front of my eyes and showed me the problem. Water inside the phone. He then told me exactly what the process was for clearing up the water and damage. It is a three step process to clear out all the water and they even put it in a solution to remove any oxidation which already started from what he showed me. It is an over nite process with a high probability (85%) success rate. The next morning Charlie called me with the good news that the phone was fully functional and no data or pictures were lost! I can see why this place is rated #1. Great prices, superb workmanship and outstanding customer service. We went to fix my girlfriend's iPhone screen. As soon as we walked in we were greeted politely. After we explained why we were there the owner began to fix the phone right away. After he took off the cracked screen and put the new one on, he did a check to make sure every single letter on the keyboard was working properly, he called my girlfriend's phone with his office phone to make sure he could hear and speak to and from my gf's phone, made sure the phone charged, and checked the volume buttons to make sure it worked. We asked to have the tempered glass screen protector put on and he did it flawlessly. After he showed us a video that he personally made on why tempered glass is good to have. He never tried to up sell us on anything and did a perfect job on installing the screen and screen protector! Definitely going back if I need to! read more
