The first time I came in I got a screen replacement for my water damaged iPhone 5. They do the repairs in front of you which is awesome!! I went to the store a second time due to a problem with water damage again and the owner stayed after hours (till almost 8 p.m.) when I called him in a panic about not being able to use my phone for my business. Being the clutz that I am, I dropped my IPhone 4, and sure enough the screen shattered. After looking around the SGV and OC areas for a couple of weeks, I was so tired of this permanent Spider-Man app on the screen of my phone. The power button on my iPhone 4S stopped working. Jason fixed the power button and recommended fixing the cracked screen, since it was the same process, all at once. I went in with my LG G3 in order to get the screen repaired. I was helped immediately and the man said my screen could be repaired that day. Unfortunately, both parts that the store received from the manufacturer were faulty so my phone couldn't be repaired that day, however, instead of just leaving without a phone to use for a few days, they gave me a loner phone to use until I returned to pick up my fixed phone.
