I got into an accident over a month ago and the minute my car went into the shop, I was immediately taken care of. Dealing with a wrecked vehicle after an accident is extremely stressful especially after hearing from your insurance that it might be a "total loss". The staff at IQ Autoworks reassured me that my vehicle is most definitely fixable and that they will take care of everything from here on out. They made my experience very easy and educated me throughout the process. Definitely recommend.

This is why IQ is well respected! Customer's/Yelper's make it happen!

Just wanted to thank John, the Mechanic who worked on my vehicle & to Jeff who was more than helpful in which is hard to find these days. They got my 2000 Durango 4x4 up and running due to mis-fires, stuck thermostat and a inoperable blower fan. My Durango now runs like it was new. I now have heat (though I wish it was more but better than before) and A/C and all 4 speeds from the blower. Some simple things just makes a vehicle that much more enjoyable when it works and doesn't give you issues. Will be bringing in my 04 Mazda 3 and 10 ESV for maintenance and pre-maintenance. Again thanks guys!!

These guys are really efficient and on top of things…read more Our car tires were 9yrs old and were showing signs of sidewall micro cracks even though there was plenty of treadwear left, and the TPMS system was acting up, likely because of age (12yrs old). So it was time. I went to the Costco site and looked at their cheapest option (BFGoodrich) and it would have been roughy $600 out the door, but I'd have to deal with lines/crowd, longer wait times, and it's unlikely they could have turned around everything the next day (we had some time constraints). I had used another location of America's Tire to replace some tires on our other car and had a good experience, so I looked on their site again to see what was available at the closest location to me (Campbell). The thing with America's Tire (and affiliated Discount Tire) is they have major brands make "custom" models for them, so it's more difficult to directly compare price. I chose the Yokohama YK-GTX, which was the recommended brand on their site. But no one else sells this, so you can't price match or easily directly compare. Per Gemini AI, the closest equivalent is AVID Ascend GT, which sells for a similar price at other retailers and has good reviews. Gemini thought the YK-GTX was a solid tire, so that was reassuring too. As it happens, America's Tire also had a $80 off a set of 4 promotion, so that helped lower the price. When comparing pricing against someplace like Costco, with the $80 off, it was actually a bit cheaper for what is probably an equivalent or better tire, so the pricing/value is good here. The price distribution between tire and installation is different - the tires are cheaper here, but they charge for installation, but the out the door price was very similar to Costco, actually better IMO. Then the TPMS sensors. . .you save on labor and only pay for the sensors if you do it at the same time you change your tires, so if your sensors are 9-10+yrs old and original and you're going to change your tires, it's something to think about. For price matching on the sensors, they do do that and I did get that done. Initially, I brought an ad in for a name brand (Schraeder) functionally equivalent to their $69 sensors, but they said they weren't the same, and said they'd put in one of two options they do carry and showed me the options. I was able to look up one of the options online and find a better price and they matched it no hassle at all. So price matching is an option for something like this that isn't a custom-made model only for them, so keep that in mind. When I drove up for my appointment, they actually had a reserved space with my name on it since I had made an appointment. It made it easy to know where to park and psychologically, it made me feel a tiny bit special. :). So that was a nice touch. And they got me in and out, since I had a reservation, in about 30 minutes. To replace all 4 tires, the TPMS sensors, etc. That was great! The service person who gave me the keys told me to take advantage of bringing it back every 5-6K for the included tire rotation. So couldn't ask for anything more! Great experience and it's nice to know there's a good valued, good customer service, efficient tire place close to home.

I knew from previous experience that this happens when the sensor is bad. When I brought it in, the agent said that it could be that my tire pressure was low. He filled four tires, but when I left, the light was solid. I brought it back and asked them to check the spare. They filled it, but the light was still on. I came back and the light was still flashing. So, I made an appointment to get it checked out. After about an hour, I got a text that my car was ready. I turned it on and still flashing. I had the agent check out the work, and he said my TPMS sensors were bad, AS I TOLD THEM AT THE VERY BEGINNING! I told them to fix it, that I wasn't going to drive around on unsafe tires. The agent told me my tires are safe to drive on. (Not sure I should believe him after today's experience). Then, realized that the work wasn't covered under warranty, so I decided to shop around after the agent said the tires were still safe to drive on. Standard operating system at car shops is to diagnose a problem and cal/textl a customer to approve an estimate and complete the work per customer's instructions. This never happened. I got the strong impression that these guys didn't take me seriously, either because of my gender (the female treatment) or because my car is older.

I was greeted by Alex at the front desk, and from the moment I walked in, he was extremely professional, courteous, and eager to help. Alex inspected my brakes, explained what needed to be done, and provided me with a very reasonable quote. I decided to move forward with the repair. Once the work was completed, Alex presented me with the final invoice--and it was exactly what he had quoted me, not a penny more. That is what I consider an honest and trustworthy auto repair shop. I was extremely impressed with Alex and the level of service I received. I will definitely be returning to this shop whenever my van needs service or repairs, and I would have no hesitation recommending them to others. Excellent service, fair pricing, and an honest approach. My entire experience was outstanding!

Pulled in with my wife's car with engine light on and need to change oil. They asked for inspection charge to deal with check engine. I asked what if it something simple? They said it still needs inspection and will be charged accordingly. I promptly left. It turned out that Check engine light was on because gas cap wasn't properly secured. A familiar tech scanned it in first two minutes of my arrival. Behavior like this instantly breaks trust. This location never will see any of my cars. Hopefully owner will take a notice of it.
