Work was done promptly at a great price. Service was excellent and we are thoroughly pleased. Alex is great.

Don't go here unless you want a broken phone after getting it fixed. Brought my phone here for a simple screen replacement and when I returned to pick it up they ruined it, a password that was not previously required to get on the phone is now required. No way to know what this password is therefore locked out of my phone. Keep in mind this phone has never had a password on it. We can't get into the phone and have to restart and lose everything on the device. Paid money to lose everything. Very frustrating. Highly recommend not going here unless you are willing to lose EVERYTHING. read more

Came here previously for a battery change and they did a great job. My little brother has a iPhone 5 so they battery needed a new change came back and they replaced it right away with no problem. Highly recommend them. read more

Good customer service and quick fix for my iPad! Definitely will be recommending them!

Submitted BBB complaint 4/11/2016 and Nassau County Office of Consumer Affairs. Purchased LCD & charge port repair on 4/2/2016 for $200 (receipt via e-mail), LCD broke within 9 days. Checked at 2 third party repair facilities - terrible install, warping on LCD and subpar job. Returned on 4/11/2016, repaired LCD, told me this repair included 90 day warranty at start of visit. After explaining my distraught at service I received, owner decides to tell me no more warranty and leave the store. Also told me they also replaced my battery (which they didn't) and this was a $300 job "they charged $200 out of courtesy." Do you walk into an auto dealership with your broken car under warranty and you complain -- and lose your warranty because an owner or service manager gets set in their place because of a poor establishment? Nope. Please keep the camera footage on 4/11/2016 to show there was never any yelling, arguing, screaming -- this was simply a business owner that did not like someone telling them their employees/stores do terrible work.. and took advantage of a paying customer. They never learned the customer is always right. read more

Terrible experience with iprodigy. They use really cheap screen replacements. The screen lifted off in a few days. They don't stand behind their work and they don't honor any warranty they claim to have. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Just read the reviews. read more

The Worse Service!!! I felt the same way as people who left 5 stars after my 1st repair was done for my IPad. Unfortunately, I decided to come back and change broken screen on my son's phone, too. After service his microphone stop working right the way. And when I came back to ask to fix this problem, owner's true color showed up. The owner doesn't stand behind his service. After some arguments of asking to fix this problem, the owner response were - "Take me to the court" (who has time go to the court for $75 loss) or "Sell this phone on Ebay" (Seriously sell on Ebay broken phone???) or another one - "I can sell you new phone for $300"- these are the best his explanation to the not working part after his repair. What should I (or you) done instead? I should go instead to the Apple store. I went there next day to see if they could help me. The store representative saw that I have changed screen (cheap knock-off!) on this phone in 2 sec. They only can help me if had original screen. They could sell me a new phone for $150 (and not for $300 as store owner wanted). This would be much better deal and best customer service behind. Also, this would be a working version and I could sell this working phone on the ebay in the future... Could, would... not in my situation anymore... I am in the loss of $75 and with broken phone. In summary, if you feel "Lucky" today, then you can go and give to the owner your money. Otherwise, you better drive to the Apple store and you will have much better options and great service there. read more

Do not go here. I got my iPhone fixed and the screen was not put on correctly so the button felt weird, the coloring was off- kind of a blue hue, and it was NOT done "in an hour" like they said it would be. It took them about 2 hours. They claimed they use the same parts apple does but Apple said that is not possible. To sum it up, they didn't do a good job and it was $100. I went to CPR in Amityville yesterday and got it replaced again because I broke it again and now I finally have correct coloring of my screen again, it cost $75 because I bought the Yelp coupon, and it was done in less than an hour. When they opened up my phone they said the last repair people put tape inside the phone. I just don't understand this place. read more

Although the place was fast and efficient. Pricing was reasonable. 120$ for a screen repair in my iPhone 5c. I get home shortly after my repair with them to find a bunch of pictures of the guy in my photo album who repaired my phone. I'm extremely uncomfortable and concerned about what they did on my phone behind closed doors. read more

iPhone 5, $139 to replace shattered screen in ten minutes. These guys are great. Phone is like new.

iProdigy just changed the screen on 2 of my iPhones. As they have done in the past and just today, it was done in a timely fashion. This is probably about the 4th time I have used iProdigy and I have always been treated to great service at a fair price. Highly recommended for iPhone/iPad repairs. read more

Usually like this place but just bought a mac book air charger from here. Ordered and paid for it 2 and a half weeks ago- never told when it came in. Stopped by the store to see if it came in- was literally handed a charger in a ziplock bag. When I asked about the packaging was told I had to "specially order it." read more

I went to iprodigy last month after cracking my screen at work, they had a showcase of screens so I picked the red iphone 5 screen. Installation took 30 min after a couple days my phone started to get hot and the whole left side wouldn't work right and the touch screen would get very sensitive, I figured it was a software thing. Well last night I dropped the phone again and went today to replace it. The installer came up to me asked where I got my screen from and that it was an iPhone 5s screen. These guys squeezed the wrong screen onto my phone causing all sorts of problems. Never again will I go back to them read more

Outstanding customer service , great prices and overall great experience. This is the place to go if you need to have your phone repaired. Alex told me that my front screen repair would take 10 minutes but he was done in 5! Will be returning read more

Shattered iphone screen, PANIC! But rescue and renewal was minutes away at iProdigy in Bellmore! Attentive and helpful staff, expert and rapid service (not just for iStuff), and open SEVEN days a week! The store is scrupulously clean, with a television showing Rocky that made the short wait even shorter. I left with a new screen, a new cover from their vast selection, and restored confidence. Tytytytytytytyty! read more

Great service. Walked in at 10:30 am today with my son's iPad2 that had a cracked screen. Came back at 2 PM and it was waiting for me looking like new. Staff was very professional and courteous. Best of all, its close to home. I received a quote from a different repair company in Syosset for $75 more who warned me that their competitors who repair for less are not using gorilla glass. If you hear that too, don't be fooled. The gorilla glass itself is not that expensive and not something that can be imitated anyway. It's the labor you are mostly paying for and you will find iProdigy to be fully qualified and fairly priced. A replacement screen should not have to cost half the price of the iPad itself. They have a decent selection cases and screen protectors too that they even discount after a service. read more

I dropped my ipad face down onto solid ground which shattered the screen. I was devastated. Thank God I found iProdigy on the internet. Great service, courteous, knowledgeable and skilled staff, reasonable price. I walked out of this store very happy. I highly recommend this place. Don't go anywhere else. read more

Shout Out to iProdigy. This is my second time here and they always have been able to fix my phone. The first time my phone was completely shattered and they replaced it for a fair price (100 dollars for an iphone 5 screen) now i am back here again after having an issue with the hard drive on my phone ( Proximity wire was broken) and they were able to replace again since they covered the 90 day warranty on my phone. Side Note i went to apple with the same issue and they wanted to charge me 260 for a new phone. I highly recommend this place to anyone with an iphone issue. They do their due diligence to fix your phone in a professional in a timely manner. Thank you for the help. read more

Fixed my ipad glass as good as new! Job completed in one hour as promised... very happy:)

iProdigy replaced my shattered iPhone screen in about 20 minutes. The staff was very courteous. I purchased the $10 for $25 deal on here so in the end, I paid about $60 for the repair, which was cheaper than any other place I called. Would go back if the need arose. read more

My experience was horrible. They took 5 days to repair itouch screen. The home button started giving me problems after the repair, then 1 week later the screen popped up & cracked again. When I went back I was told the owner would contact me, after 2 more telephone messages, I never heard from them again. read more

Found this place a few months ago when my son cracked his iPad screen. Good job done! Went there again today as a walk in to get my sisters phone fixed. Turns out they fixed the screen and LCD. Decent price. Friendly customer service. Turns out they do more then screens. Plan on going back Friday for my MAC storage. If you want good service and answer go see them. read more

After needing a quick repair for stuck lock button, I asked around an got several recommendations for iProdigy. I checked them out and I am so glad I did. I called them up and I got a price and time estimate right then and there. I showed up the next day and Robert took my information and the only reason it was going to take longer than expected was because they had so many customers in who trust them with their entire digital life. Still didn't take long. I could have waited for it but decided to come back since they're so close. Repair was flawless but better than that, when u was picking up my phone, I mentioned that I would be trading in my current model iPhone for a new one soon and they gave me a price right there that they would pay me that was higher than the trade in value from apple or AT&T. I will be back for trade ins, and any repairs I need for any iPhones, iPads or even desktops and laptops. Great guys, knowledgable and have great customer service. I like their trust in the customer, but getting a claim slip or receipt for pickup would be a nice addition. read more

I have been to iProdigy several times over the last few years. The service is always excellent and the staff is helpful. Yelp offers the deal to pay $10 for $25 towards a service which is a great deal. It is always honored at iProdigy. I would highly recommend using their business! read more

I called to get a price on a cracked screen replacement for my S6. They say $200. I get there and the guy with the broken glasses jacks up the quoted price to $225. I left irritated at the price change but returned the a few days later for matters of geographical convenience. There was a different guy at the counter (nice enough guy) Turned out that I needed a new battery as well so now a total of $270. Took about 45 minutes to an hour. They placed blue painters tape at the edges and said to leave it there overnight which I did. Four days later sitting in my den the phone slipped out of my hands and fell about 16 inches to the floor and cracks in EXACTLY the same spot. Brought it back and the broken glasses guy takes the phone behind the curtain for like 5 minutes only to return and offer me a whopping $10 dollar discount for a do-over. He wants another $215 out of my pocket ($15 more than the price they originally quoted me on the phone before he jacked it up). If the phone wasn't fixable then they should have told me up front. $485 to fix a 2 year old S6? Thanks iProdigy but next time I'll make the trip to higher rated ifixscreens in Merrick or Massapequa Park. read more

Avoid, avoid this business. In 2013, I brought my ipad in for a repair of the screen since it was cracked. They fixed the screen and I was charged $125.00. I was given a 90 warranty. After 2 months, the screen was lifting up. I brought the ipad to Apple and they knew that the screen was replaced with an inferior glass. Apple would not touch it and that voided their warranty. Brought it back to Iprodigy and they attempted to charge me $65.00 despite it was still under their 90 day warranty. I objected and informed them it was still under their warranty. The owner gave in, in part, because of another customer was in the store and I was speaking loudly, so the other customer heard me. The owner said, "O.K., give me $20.00." I relented only because I was catching a plane to Florida that afternoon and I just wanted it fixed. At this time, I still have the problem with the screen and it is lifting up once more and does not respond to certain letters when pressed. Do not make the same mistake I did and seek someone more reputable that honors their business contract. read more

Please read the other bad reviews. I took my son's ipad to be fixed because he broke the screen. They fixed it in an hour and it looked great except a little crack. We were leaving for a trip so I figured I would deal with it when I got back. Unfortunately, the crack was because half the screen was not on flush, almost like the glass was too big for the screen. This made half the ipad not work when touched. Naturally my son kept pushing and it cracked more. When I brought it back, they said he cracked it. I said because the glass is not on correct and the man was very aggressive and said where. I showed him. They do not see anything. I figured they would say that. You can actually see the glass push in on one side when you press on it. EIther way they took no accountability for it. I would have to pay. I left and said I would dispute the charge. They started yelling be honest about the crack. Yes, most of the crack was from us, but it would not have cracked if the screen was put on correctly. My advice, just go to Apple and have it fixed correctly. It may be more money, but it will be worth it in the end. read more

Went here to get my itouch screen fixed a couple of weeks ago and paid $72. Then the screen cracks again unprovoked. Called up and spoke to Robert and was told the 90 day warranty does NOT cover that, but he will fix it again for $30. Ok whatever. I bring the itouch in 3 hours later and Robert was not there. I told the other guy that Robert told me $30. He said well Robert is not in now. I said ok. He told me I can either pay full price and come back for the refund or come back in 3 hours. I don't live near there so I did not want to do either. I asked can you call him to confirm the price, he said no he can not be bothered he is the manager. ???? What??? He said he is in the Queens store I can go there. I asked whats the number he said he can not give me the number only the address. Again, What??? I said you can not make a simple phone call and say " Hey you spoke to Chris and told him $30 for the screen to be redone". He said no again. I took my itouch and said I am sorry I dont want to bother you guys and left. I own a small trucking company and I would love to know how to stay in business being an incompetent jerk. 0 STARS!! read more

I had a horrible experience here and would never recommend this place to anyone. They replaced the glass on my ipad 2 and the glue didn't hold so I had to go back a few days later so they could re-glue it. I went back, and several days later, it happened again, the glass was popping out of the ipad. I went back yet again and this time, the guy (owner) said he used a stronger glue. He taped it yet again, told me to remove the tape after 48 hours and when I did, I noticed a smear of glue or some other type of mark underneath the glass where he glued it. There were also several fingerprints in the corners of the glass - UNDER the glass where I couldn't remove them. When I went back YET AGAIN, the owner told me that he had been "more than accomodating". He refused to fix it again, this time, CORRECTLY, unless I PAID him again. Pay again for a repair that wasn't done properly in the first place? No. I don't think so. If I wanted people to PRACTICE their repairs with no guarantee, I would have found someone working out of their garage to do this cheaply and expect to get what I paid for. In this case, I went to a "business", I PAID for a repair, went back several times because the repair was not done correctly, then the owner REFUSED to resolve the problem of his repair being done BADLY. Not only would I NOT recommend this place, I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. read more
