I was at Ippolitos about 2 Sunday's ago on 8/23. I walked in and just sat at the bar because I was by myself. The bartender Kiara came over to take care of me. She was awesome and very attentive. I loved her warm and welcoming smile. She answered all my questions. The ambiance was nice. It wasn't my 1st time there. The food was excellent. I had the Chicken parm but I substituted it for rigatoni with vodka cream sauce. The chicken parm came on the side. The garlic bread I ordered came out nice and hot. Everything wad delicious and Kiara's service was exceptional. I will def be back to try something different soon. read more

I really enjoyed Ippolitos. The pizza and wings and pasta were really good. The Diavolo Pasta was really spicy beyond my liking but the sauce was good. Service was good and the place was clean. We parked and walked but there was open parking mid day on a Thursday. Would venture back to try some other food. read more

This is a place I cater for work lunches and thought I would try one of their dine in locations for work lunch. Truly disappointed. My order had to be sent back - the cod pasta smelled so fishy and spoiled ? The noodles were gummy and not done. I replaced it with shrimp scampi and that was not any better. The server admitted she smelt the odor from the cod and that the cooks were different. She was nice. The tables were covered with cheap vinyl and seemed old. I think the catering chef are different or from another location. Not sure I will try this location again. read more

I came with a friend for dinner, and I enjoyed my time here. The service was a little slow, but they had a decent amount of people that day. The free rolls that came were pretty good, but not the best I've had at Italian places. The marinara sauce with the rolls were good. I got the Chicken Torino, and it was pretty good. The portion was really big, so I was only able to eat half. My friend said her Chicken Marsala was just okay though. I would say this is a decent neighborhood Italian place, but some of the dishes might be hit or miss. read more

Very disappointed with the dinner ordered tonight, chicken parm was terrible hardly any sauce and very little chicken. This restaurant used to be a favorite but there is a new owner now after the original owner retired last year. not the same and would not order from there again read more

We ordered carryout, two pizzas, garlic bread and some desserts. When my wife arrived and they gave her the order, the garlic bread desserts were not included at all - they had to go back and get them. Then she checked the pizzas and the pepperoni didn't have pepperoni on it... The final touch was getting home with the order and finding that they 'fixed' the pepperoni pizza by putting the pepperoni on it and just handing it back. It hadn't even been put back in the oven. I'd recommend if you do get a carryout order check it carefully, and if it's not right make sure they actually fix it, not just toss toppings on and calling it a day. read more

We had dinner last night at Ippolito's. I had broccoli linguini which was very good. My husband had his usual, veal Marsala. He has always ordered this and judges every other restaurant's veal Marsala by the veal Marsala he's eaten here at Ippolito's. That ended last night. I looked at his plate and saw pieces of crust that he had scraped off of the veal pieces. He said the veal is normally melt-in-his-mouth tender but not so much last night and the veal tasted like they tried to make chicken fried steak with it. He was very sad. If we do return, he said he'll definitely order something else, not his go-to veal Marsala. read more

1). Their bread knots are disgusting, undercooked. 2). The Alfredo sauce is bland. Bottled Alfredo tastes better than what they make here. 3). Their spicy marinara sauce was good 4). They have watered down soap in the bathroom! They had a little bit of soap left in the bottle and filled the rest with water - THIS DOES NOT CLEAN YOUR HANDS - that means the staff was handling our food with dirty hands?! This establishment even charges tips on TO-GO orders - they can afford a new Softsoap bottle 5). THEY TIPPED ON A TOGO ORDER! Why is there a tip on orders that I'm taking out?!! All the server did was pack it in a bag. That's bad practice. 6). The restaurant wasn't busy at all - but the waitress still didn't come back to check on us. The water glasses were empty and we never got asked if we want more. Each time we needed something, we had to ask for her and it seemed like she just didn't want to be there. It made us feel uncomfortable - she was rude! Maybe because she knew she was going to automatically get a tip from us because they include that. We didn't expect pasta with a side of attitude. read more

Nice place and good service. Food was quite disappointing. The garlic rolls weren't good. The chicken marsala was terrible. One thin slice of chicken over linguini, swimming in a watered down sauce. Unfortunately, we will not return. read more

Cocktails are reasonably priced and well done. Love the garlic rolls and my chicken Marcella Was wonderful I also like the fact that I could trade out mashed potatoes instead of the pasta. The lasagna looked wonderful. It does seem to be a bit of a small piece but he still took some home not a fan of the tiramisu. Wish they had a couple of different dessert options that I liked better. The garlic rolls are delicious and the service was wonderful. read more

Wonderful evening! We received our drinks right away and the food was delicious and served hot! Their sauces are outstanding.

A Friday night around 7 pm & it was packed! We had about a 15 minutes, at the bar. Not a seat available, so a good vibe!! Got a beer for my hubby & we waited for our table. We were seated & our server was just odd. Mot rude, not nice, just didn't speak. She came to the table & just stood there. We spoke first & got drink orders in. Took a while to get rolls/butter, but we think they had to make more. Server didn't let us know, just literally didn't speak about anything. Drinks came, then put in our meal choices. Hubby got Veal Marsala, daughter got Baked Ziti & I ordered Broccoli Pasta w/no Sun Dried Tomatoes. Food came PIPING HOT & fresh. We ate EVERYTHING!! Delicious!!! Would have been 5 stars if the server was a little more personable. She wasn't bad... just no fun! read more

For our last stop on our anniversary we decided to give Ippolitos a try. Food: We had grandpas meatballs to start with (lol yes that's the name of the app) and they were juicy and tender. The rolls were okay, nothing special. The fettuccine was on point and hit the spot. My husband loved his gyro, he said it tasted like his New York gyros. The chocolate mousse cake was wonderful and moist Service: Briana was excellent. Clear, kind and very attentive. Ask for her and you'll get exceptional service. Ambiance: It's a cute date spot. Something to come and have casual wine with the girlfriends. They have half off bottles of wine on Mondays and Tuesday so that's awesome! Overall it's a great spot and it was the cherry on top to end our anniversary day. read more

The Caesar Salad was awful! Tasted like metal! DO Not Recommend! Sent the salad back, they sent the same old salad back. Lasagna was bearly average. Don't recommend based on the one dinner I had . Restaurant was nice inside

We recently visited with high hopes, but, regrettably, left with disappointment. From the start, we encountered dirty silverware at our table, signaling a lack of attention to detail. Despite having three servers, service was severely lacking and inattentive. Our meal was nothing to write home about--mediocre at best. Sadly, it required 2 items being sent back due to incorrect items, and yet, no manager appeared at our table to address our issues or offer any form of rectification. The overall experience left my visiting relatives from out of town and the rest of us feeling as though our presence was not valued, detracting further from our evening. Many things went wrong, and it's disheartening to report that our visit was below par. We will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this establishment based on our experience. 2.5 stars. Antipasto appetizer was very very good even though it arrived after all main dishes were served... read more

This is a great location for me. Nice and convenient from the house. We always like to go here after playing Cornhole in the park. My favorite thing here is the antipasto salad. It's so yummy! Great place with great food. Servers were nice, food quick. The lasagna was great Definitely recommend

Ordered takeout of the vegetarian baked ziti and was pleasantly surprised. The quantity was the perfect amount and the pasta was cooked well. The dish was super warm and cheesy (had the perfect amount of toasted cheese and ricotta). My only note would be that the sauce was definitely on the saltier end. I've been to this location in person in the past and I will say every meal NEEDS their garlic knots, they are just too good. Overall tasty meal and I would order again. read more

The food service ambiance was really nice. The service was really good. We're celebrating a birthday party. The food was really good too.

My mom and I went for a quick girls night out dinner at Ippolito's. I hadn't been in years and was pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed the food! We got the mussels to start and loved the white wine sauce so much we even dipped our garlic rolls in it. We split the chicken Torino for our main course and it was such a huge portion, we both still had left overs! We got the black & white cake and the chocolate mousse cake for dessert. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and would go back for more! read more

I stopped in for a bit and was delighted that much hasn't changed. The bread was amazing! As usual. The Italian margarita was outstanding and certainly a reason to return sooner. Kudos to the bartender! Even though my CYO pasta didn't come out correct, the replacement was pretty good. Be sure to give them a try when in Suwanee! #ashsaidit read more

Cute Italian restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and delicious food. Their homemade marinara sauce and rolls are always a delicious way to start your meal. I got the Greek salad with chicken anchovies their homemade Italian and balsamic dressing. It was very good with delicious olives and feta cheese. My husband got the chicken Parmesan sandwich with pasta salad and really enjoyed it too. They have delicious desserts and chicken Marsala as well as great pasta dishes. Definitely recommend trying it for a good Italian meal in Alpharetta. read more

I'll never go back. I got food poisoning from their Mussels special. Never been so sick in my life

We came on a Sunday at 7 PM. We were immediately seated and had excellent service. I was glad to see they added cocktails to the list because I feel like when we came here years ago, it was just beer and wine. The Georgia peach martini was very strong and tasty. We had to send the sausage appetizer back because the pizza dough was undercooked, but all of the other food was delicious, especially the raspberry limoncello cake we got to go. Not the best Italian food but much better than Provino's or Olive Garden. read more

Not great food, better choices. Wish we passed. Food was cold and not correct on what we ordered. very slow

First time dining here and I left full! The garlic bread to start is fantastic if your seeking warm carbs for comfort! Definitely deelish! I ordered the grilled salmon with Angel hair & veggies. The salmon was a little over cooked but had a nice char. The pasta was over and clumpy with too much sauce but the flavors were good. Like I said...I left full but not completely satisfied. I removed 1 star because upon arriving we were given dirty menus and after pointing this out to staff she returned with a paper menu because they "ran out". Hmm? I suddenly thought "Are they all dirty during a pandemic?" Not good. read more

Two years ago I took my now future wife to the Suwanee location on our first ever date. She loves Italian food. Authentic is good but heart is even better (I know, I know, way too corny. But it's true, believe it or not). Bonding over the ravioli and fettuccini, we finally discovered how hard we'd really been crushing on each other. We even finished off with dessert which we never do! Since then, I always take her back on special occasions (this Saturday for example is our anniversary!!) because to this day it's her favorite spot. The food is delicious, the service is always perfect, and the memories will have us coming back around for the rest of our lives. read more

Service was great and server was extremely nice. On the other part food....i think I can compare it to Marie calendar or frozen microwaveable food. Meatballs were cold and tasted like cat food. Alfredo sauce was bland and fettuccine was odd tasting (maybe bad). Chicken was rubber. Sorry for anyone who dines here, you are better off getting frozen Italian food at Publics. read more

I haven't been here in a couple of years and this place has went to He## We ordered a BBQ flatbread that was okay a Caesar salad with greasy and tasteless dressing. My recommend signature dish "Chicken Parmesan" was discusting! It was old and hard Im not sure if I will be sick from the bad lettuce or the very old piece of chicken. I will keep you posted. Some places you walk away from but run from Ippolito's Oh, they didn't have ketchup for the fries either. read more

9/14/2022. Located in Suwanee Town center. Great location. Tasteful decor. They brought the garlic bread knots with homemade marinara sauce. So good. Hubby had veal parmigiana and I had the chicken parmigiana. Both were good. We also ordered the three layer chocolate layer cake, but when it hit table, we dove in and forgot. Our server Andrea was welcoming and made great recommendations. She was attentive, which made our first experience here wonderful. read more

Great food, and a great experience. We were in Suwannee and felt like Italian. I looked at Yelp reviews, and almost didn't go in. I believe everyone with less than 4 stars, must have been in a different restaurant. Anyone who said service wasn't good, didn't have Andrea as their server. She was wonderful. Answered every question and even fielded our concerns about their reviews. Now, the food. The rolls are definitely worth mentioning. They're amazing. I ordered veal parmigiana and wife ordered chicken parmigiana. I know, right? Both dishes were hot and delicious. Their marinara sauce is some of the best I've had. Finished it off with million dollar chocolate cake and some spumoni. Both were perfect. The chocolate cake is beyond decedent. I highly recommend this place. read more

They have multiple locations and they are all pretty good. This location has a Tibet side outdoor patio and a private party room. The service is always good. We came late and still got the same good service as always. The girls and I were not hungry but craving pasta so we decided to have a late snack which became a whole meal lol. The garlic rolls are always complimentary, which is what I like best about this place. They start you off with one roll each but they will bring you more at your request it comes with a side of marinara sauce in case you want to dip it. With all their pasta dishes, you can substitute what type of pasta/noodle you prefer, and which sauce you would like in it. Everything was goodThe shrimp scampi is a little different than most places because it's a lemon base butter sauce those places have the lemon on the side, so it's not tangy, but I didn't mind it at all. It actually taste pretty good and not as heavy from all the butter that you're used to at other places. read more

Disappointed to say the least. I ate here about a year ago and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Not this time! Meatballs hard, cold and tasteless, cream sauce was basically a salted thick flour paste and the pasta was boiled into a slimy sticky wad. Writing this and recalling how bad it truly was is literally turning my stomach. I cannot say one nice thing about our experience. If I could rate it with ZERO stars I would. read more
