I am an original friend of Kyle's but also a customer. He originally started in Sacramento and grew his business to Oregon. I was so sad to see him go but proud as well. He is amazing, fast and efficient at what he does. I always recommended people to him. I was referred to this shop by a friend who is almost as baffled as I am by all the technology. She had a phone repaired there. Jude Lee was very helpful, polite and professional all at times and able to resolve issues for 3 computers I bought to the shop. This included a laptop that is 10 years old and the microphone had stopped working. In this time of online meetings etc. not being able to use a mic for Zoom meetings/projects was a disaster, but his diligence eventually resolved the issue and now able to use laptop without problems. I was So impressed with Kyle and his service! My granddaughter dropped my iPad and the glass cracked. I just "froze." After much research Yelp took me to iParts and Phone Repair. The reviews were all very impressive and they were located in Gresham which was a bonus. Kyle was very helpful and reassured me he could replace the glass. What phenomenal service. My girlfriend went in to get her phone fixed 35 minutes before closing and they still fixed her phone. We had gone to another repair shop and left extremely disappointed with their service. There is none of that today. Went in with two broken iPhone 6's and were fixed in literally 20 minutes. I took them back to the house and one wasn't working.
