Like other reviews, it was very chaotic. The fitter didn't explain anything about the process. No recommendations on shafts, weights, or adjustments, and when I asked what he suggested, he literally told me to "just let the club figure it out." That's not what a fitting is supposed to be. I had to keep asking questions just to get the most basic answers, and even then I got more useful advice from the friend I brought with me than from the actual fitter. I ended up buying a set of clubs, but I walked out feeling unsure if I even got the right setup. For such an expensive purchase, that's unacceptable. If you're expecting professional guidance and expertise, don't waste your time here. Nothing personal against the guy as he was a nice person. I just spoke with a buddy about my experience and he was shocked because he just got fitted at club champion and they did so many other things to help him select the best setup.

Asked if he could check with manager, he did and manager refused to change policy. He was apologetic, but didn't want to lose his job. This was not an outlandish ask, the store wasn't busy and required no effort from the staff. They watched $400 walk out the door. Their management is dumb as rocks. Went to Golf Galaxy and they had no problem with the 3 for 1 at the counter. Will address with corporate as we really want to shop here but not with current management team that is not customer centric.
