Just found my favorite IT plug, these guys will have my forever loyal business! First of all, INITIALLY I did have a bad attitude and was expecting this place to be a hole in the wall repair shop. IT WASN'T. So check this out guys, I walk into this guys office, he's got blue lights all around, and I'm greeted by this bowl of sand right at the front desk, which was just, what the heck. I warmed up a little and played with the sand later on in the conversation, turns out to be the best sand I've ever touched in my life! Mike Lierman (owner I think) greeted me at the front, and definitely took the time to actually ask me the right questions. I didn't feel like I was awkward and I actually felt like he was respectful of my privacy. Anyways, my computer screen was broken, so it was purely a hardware issue, and not software, but I did like that he asked for my permission to allow them to fully check the hardware and software system components, to make sure everything was ay ok. I gave him my computer, signed his agreement form, and the next thing I know I got the boss himself calling me after his little minions had worked on it. I even brought in a second laptop in the middle of the first repair, because just my luck.. that screen also broke. What was cool, was that one of his minion intern techs called me, stated the obvious that I'm 2 computers down, and I'm probably pretty crippled right now (but was still impressive that he took the time to make mental note) and he suggested an idea that totally saved my ass! Two parts on order, but one of the laptops could be temporarily reassembled and Windows could be "tricked" (can't remember the techy term he used) into using an external monitor. I bought a wireless mouse and keyboard from Walmart, hooked up a spare monitor, set it all up on my desk, and I was BACK TO WORK while they waited for the parts to arive. Repair time didn't take much longer anyways, and I actually had them wait a few extra days, basically told them no rush, because I would rather bring the one in I was using the following week, and then pick them both up a few days later. Yes I know I am rambling a bit. All in all and hands down, Invise Solutions provided an excellent experience. Superb customer service! Has my seal of approval!! Thank ya fellas! read more

I will never use this company and would tell anyone who needs their computer worked on they should take it anywhere but here. They lied to me about when it would be done they said they would call me the next day after they perform a 21 point inspection they never called they texted me not once but two different days around 1:30 A.M. and it took my wife and I over 20 calls to finally get through to them to get my laptop back and it took them 8 days to put in TWO screws. In spring of 2019 I brought my laptop here for a simple fix I was told would take a few days but ended up taking a month due to some problems the business was having. The owner was professional and apologized, along with gave me a discount. However in the August 2019 I had the same problem with my laptop and brought it back to get fixed. Again I was told it would be fixed in under a week. After a month of very poor communication and avoidance I had to threaten with small claims court to get my laptop back because I needed it for school. And I still did not get my laptop back until late October. The commutation was VERY POOR unless I was threatening to bring them to court. They returned my laptop in worse condition than I dropped it off in. I would highly not recommend going here for laptop repairs. I had also talked to a couple other people that have had a similar experience. It ended up being a very simple fix that cost me $40 to order parts online. I took my computer to Mike the first of January and told him we were moving to Las Vegas and I would need it back before then. They were in the process of moving so I was willing to work with them on time. I called right before we moved and he said it was done and would call as soon As he got Into town so I could get it. If he didn't make it back in time. He said he would be happy to mail it, it was simply a tune up and there would be no charge. Now it is the middle of March, he won't answer my phone calls, does answer my husband's email but does NOT follow through. I do not have my computer or back up drive. I would never recommend this place. One star is pushing it. read more

NEVER USE INVISE SOLUTIONS! I've never heard so many excuses and lies, nor seen such a lack of organization and accountability from a business owner. September 18th, Karly's laptop screen broke. we dropped off the laptop, and were told it would take 5-10 business days. October 4th - 15 business days later (business is open on Saturdays). They called to let us know the computer would be done that day or the next. October 6th- we still hadn't heard if the computer was actually done. We called at noon - no answer. At 645 (45 minutes after posted closing time) they returned our call to let us know the computer had been finished. October 7th- around 11AM, we stopped by their office, once again, no one was there. We called, and they said they'd be back in the office at 2. An hour later, they called us again and said they wouldn't be back until 2:30. We had commitments. We explained this, so both parties agreed that we would stop by a little after 4. We returned to the office and, once again, no one was there. We called them. They said they were still out of office and would call when they returned. They never called. October 9th - after trying to be patient, I stepped in to try take care of it. I called and explained our frustration. Rather than taking responsibility for their faults, I heard excuse after excuse. Finally, we agreed we would stop by the store at 3. After hanging up, he called back to inform me he "wouldn't be in the store until 310, so JUST TO BE SAFE, don't come until 330." We arrived at the store at 330. NO ONE WAS THERE. At 345, another customer arrived at the store having agreed to meet them at 330. We talked and he was having the same TERRIBLE experience. At 350, Mike called, blamed the fact that he wasn't there on us because we "said we would call him when we were on our way there" (lie). He was another 25 minutes out. FINALLY, at 415, Mike arrived. After waiting 10 minutes until he came out with our laptop, he offered us a $5 discount on our $160 charge for the inconvenience, saying "it was the best he could do". Ridiculous. He said he couldn't do anything else until he talked with his business partner. I asked him to get his business partner on the phone right then, but he claimed he was "busy". He told us we could pay then, and could be refunded our money later after having spoken with his business partner. We felt extremely uncomfortable, doubting we would ever get any money back, but didn't want to risk another week without the laptop. After Mike gave us his word that he would talk with his business partner and call us back that night around 7 PM, we paid for the laptop and left. HE DIDN'T CALL. This morning, I stopped by the store - no one was there. I called and was stuck talking to an employee of only 2 months. Finally, he called this afternoon claiming he had never guaranteed he would call us last night (lie) and that after talking to his business partner, they wouldn't refund us anything. Frustrated, I hung up on him. He called back 10 minutes later, and left a voicemail saying he felt disrespected by me, and that's why he won't refund us. He then lied again and said if I had not been so disrespectful, he was going to try and work things out and CALL HIS BUSINESS PARTNER (which he already said he'd called). He has not apologized to us nor taken accountability for any of this. He also warned that "shouting this experience from the rooftops" would be defamation (knowingly communicating false information). If I could give lower I would. The customer service is horrible. I was trying to buy a laptop from Mike. He sure talks a good game, but don't be fooled! There is no contact, call backs or follow through. So before he gives this we were moving story, I have tried for the last 6 months. I even made an appointment and Mike was a no show. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Never ever use invise solution. Unless you love terrible customer service and love hearing a million excuses. I brought my laptop in to get fixed. they told me it would take 5-10 business days to have it done. Instead it took about twice as long. Their "excuse" is that the parts took longer than expected to ship. It took 11 days. Interestingly enough my husband and I stopped by the office and no one was there (which happens very frequently) and there was a UPS "unable to deliver note". so whose fault was the delay in shipping? They called me on a Wednesday afternoon saying that my laptop would be done either that day, or no later than Thursday afternoon and that they would give me a call. I waited and no call. So finally on Friday at noon I called and left a voicemail asking if it was done yet. At 7pm (7 hours after my phone call) they called back saying that it was done. So the next morning (Saturday) I tried to stop by around 11 am and no one was there. I called them and they told me they wouldn't be in the office until 2pm... and then called again and said they wouldn't be there until 2:30. I had a commitment at the time but we worked out that I could come and get my lap top at 4 pm. Yet again no one was there. Even though they said they would be. I called and they told me they weren't in the office and that they would call me when they were back to pick it up. And can you guess what happened next? Yup, you are right, no phone call. As you can imagine I was a little frustrated at this point. The office isn't open on sundays so we waited until Monday and I had my husband give them a call. As he spoke with them they rattled off tons of excuses of why they weren't in the office. They finally agreed upon a time to pick up the laptop at 3:30 PM on Monday. My husband and I went to pick up the laptop and again no one was there even though that was the time we agreed on. Interestingly, there was another customer there waiting who was having the SAME ISSUES (so obviously this is a reoccurring thing) Almost an hour later Mike finally showed up saying that we (my husband, myself, and the other customer) said we were going to call him when we were on our way. we never said that, and neither did the other customer. We got into the office and he offered us a $5 discount off of our $160 repair for the inconvenience. My husband and I did not think this was fair considering how awful the customer service had been. He said he could not lower the price until he talked with his business partner. I didn't want to leave my laptop there any longer because who knows if it would take another 5 days to get it back again? He told us that we could pay now and they could reimburse us after he talked to his business partner. I felt uncomfortable with this situation but he promised us that he would call us by the end of the evening and it would be around 7PM. AND HE DID NOT CALL. my husband stopped by and then called the next morning (no one was there) and then stopped by the office again in the afternoon. When my husband asked why he didn't call last night he said that was never the plan (again lying about what he had said). And told us that they will not be able to give us any refund. NEVER ONCE DID THEY APOLOGIZE OR ADMIT THAT THEY HAD DONE ANYTHING WRONG. Mike will also comment on this post and take no responsibility and make up excuses for what happened. These guys legit stole our computer. We have gone to their shop at least 10 times, called everyday the past 3 weeks with no pick up from my husband's number. However, they will pick up numbers that they don't recegnize! I even pretended to have another issue just to find out when they would be there, set up an "appointment" and no one was there. They have held onto our laptop for over a month. (Edit 2 months now) This is getting rediculous and we need the computer for work. Do NOT use these guys they are scammers and thieves. read more

Gotta love when Mike reports my review to Yelp and Yelp removes the review due to not having enough information. My experience with these guys was a joke. There was such a lack of communication in getting my computer fixed. I was promised a 5-7 business day timeframe to have my computer back. This ended up being 20 days. I was the one having to call in and get updates, and when I would get updates they would NEVER take responsibility. It was that they got too busy, shipping was delayed, and I don't have sufficient staff. The product I paid for was not what I received. My computer was fixed, and for now it was fixed right.. but the lack of accountability and inept ability to keep to the timeframe. As I said in my original comment, this feels like a company that is run my teenagers. I felt like Mike was a friends friend doing me a favor on his time. NEVER USE THEM!!!!! Stay away, far far away. I made an appointment online to drop off my laptop for repair and got an email confirming that I had requested an appointment, but it said that I would get another one telling me whether the appointment had been confirmed or refused. Okay, but the day of the appointment came and I hadn't received anything. I called multiple times before leaving my house and no one answered (one of the times I did leave a message with my information so they could call me back). On my walk there I continued to call them to try to find out if I should keep going or turn around. When I got there, there was no sign but I was at the right address so I knocked twice, called again and finally gave up and walked home. I called a total of 8 times. 6 times no one answered and 2 times someone answered and immediately hung up on me. It's been an hour and a half since my requested appointment time and still no word from them either by phone or by email. read more

Terrible service. Never going back or recommending it to anybody. First of all, they say that their business hours are from 8:30 - 6:00, but I showed up during business hours FOUR TIMES and nobody was at the shop. Two of these times I even called ahead to make sure someone would be there. I was told there would be, and still, it was empty. I even ran into another unhappy costumer who had been waiting an hour and a half and was told that someone would meet him there 90 minutes earlier. They took much longer than they told me it would take to fix my problem, and when it was finally done (and someone was actually at the shop) they charged me about $30 more for the service than he told me it was going to cost. Incredibly unprofessional, and unbelievably poor service. If I could give even less than 1 star I would. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to bring your computer. read more

I came in with a difficult case, and despite it taking longer than anticipated, I was compensated with discounts, and I'm happy with how everything ended up. I know my case was personally worked on five hours after closing to help me meet my deadline. Invise worked with me to make sure I was happy! They were very helpful. read more

Mike is a person completely unable to get any place as promised. He showed up 2 hours late to my business. Insisted that upgrading to windows 10 would solve my problems. Started down load charge me a boat load of money and left promising to finish by remote access the next day. That was a weak and has not ever finished, Had to have someone else finish. read more

I called Invise about running a cable from the kitchen to an upstairs bedroom just above. They were professional, courteous, and experienced. They suggested a solution which saved me a great deal of hassle and some money as well, using a specific Ethernet-over-power solution which they've had success with in the past, with a fallback of my original plan. They suggested this knowing it might work and cost them the job, because they felt it would be a better solution for the customer. I would definitely call them again for any similar issues, and pay them happily for their work, as I know they are fair and have the customer's interests at heart. read more

I had a problem with Microsoft updates messing with my device drivers, making it impossible to use my keyboard and mouse. Mike was able to get everything back for me including my programs. I know they worked late to get me my computer back on the promised day. They ran into some problems, but were very innovative and were able to resolve all of the issues. read more

Mike is really great, and fixed my computer like new! The only thing I would prefer is a little better heads up on how much I would be expecting to pay. I paid about 30% more than I anticipated from conversations on the phone. But that aside, I was really satisfied with the work at Invise Solutions. read more
