    Recently had a Pioneer CarPlay installed at Best Buy by their Auto Tech Matthew, and I had a great…read moreexperience. He was very knowledgeable and efficient, getting everything set up in about an hour. When my phone was causing the CarPlay to glitch, he was very friendly and helped me troubleshoot until we got it working again. He was also reassuring and had great attention to detail, he was careful not to scratch my dashboard (something I was worried about) and the installation looks 100% professional. He even noticed one of my door speakers was going out and went out of his way to tune them a bit and recommend an affordable replacement on eBay. Instead of trying to sell me on something unnecessary, he gave me some pointers on how I could install it myself and save some money. It's always nice to find someone who genuinely puts the customer first like that. Really left a great impression and meant a lot. Matthew is definitely the guy to see if you need any car work done here!

    I have always loved this Best Buy, but am frustrated. My 4 month old Lenovo laptop had a defective…read morepower switch which is a well known defect. Geek squad said it would be fixed at no charge. It was under warranty and I purchased Total Protection. GS chat subsequently advised me that I had dropped the laptop and had to pay for the repair. I absolutely did not drop my laptop! Chat rep advised me that Lenovo has a tech who is an expert in drop detection! How frustrated would you be knowing you hadn't dropped your laptop yet they argue that you did! I approved the charge and advised I would be disputing this after the fact and he ended the chat. I've bought 15-20 computers here in the past 5 years for multiple businesses. After approving the repair I was advised the parts are on back order so I went to PC Laptops and bought a new one. Best Buy just lost a great customer who spends more than the average! Was it worth questioning my integrity? Brick and mortar is disappearing and a good business knows they can't lose good customers! I have a Lenovo laptop for sale now!
