I was impressed with her insight on why my home had not sold, so I offered her the opportunity to help me sell it. Not even a week later, the house was under contract that closed in just two months! Talk about finding the perfect agent!  I am a very sentimental person, so when it was time to list our home of 15 years, I knew I could only work with an agent that appreciated the property as much as I did. Euna Jee was that agent. She made the entire experience so enjoyable, and gave us real insight on our best options with all of the technical stuff that goes along with selling your home. Within a month, we had accepted an offer and were ready to start our new exciting adventure. What I thought would be an emotionally and mentally draining process actually turned out to be such an enjoyable time for us. We got everything we'd hoped for and more with this experience. We could not be more satisfied!

She tried to help me shopping for the best loan, keeping me informed with all the transactions, making sure all the charges are correct - she found extra fee selling party was going to charge me!!- till the close of escrow, she was reachable at midnight & had my back throughout the whole transaction, def not the kind of agent who is nice in front of you only because they want your commission and never can get hold of them after you purchase home! She can definitely hustle and negotiate the best term for all buyers. I recommend her to other buyers and sellers at all time!!

After non renewal of property managing their contract, Julie filed a form with the city business compliance division for non business license for residential leasing income. She is a whistleblower! I am writing this review regarding my experience with Real Property Management El Segundo,…read morespecifically agent Lola and manager Oscar. I want to be clear that I am a tenant/applicant with a documented disability under both federal and California law. I have Stage IV metastatic breast cancer and am currently undergoing ongoing treatment. Despite this, I continue to work, maintain income, and support my family. My concern is that during the application and screening process, I did not feel that my situation was handled with appropriate respect for privacy or in compliance with fair housing protections under the Fair Housing Act (FHA) and California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA). These laws require housing providers to avoid discrimination based on disability and to engage in a fair, individualized review when disability-related financial circumstances are involved. Instead, I felt that my application was evaluated primarily through credit history without meaningful consideration of the medical context behind that history. My past financial hardship was directly caused by extended disability leave and cancer treatment--not irresponsibility. I also felt that my privacy was not fully respected when it came to requests for financial documentation beyond what is reasonably necessary for income verification. I offered to provide direct proof of income through deposit records, which is standard and sufficient for verifying ability to pay rent. However, I was uncomfortable with requests that appeared to go beyond income verification into personal financial activity, which I do not believe is relevant to tenancy qualification. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for fair treatment, privacy, and compliance with disability and housing laws that are designed to ensure equal access to housing opportunities. Housing decisions should consider the full picture of an applicant, including stable current income, rental history, and the context of any credit issues when they are directly related to a documented disability. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future applicants with disabilities are treated with greater care, respect, and adherence to fair housing standards.

She called me today while I'm at work, asked me a question but wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. However when I did finally get a question in regarding why their maintenance scheduling system is inaccurate, she couldn't answer me then stated she's canceling my requests and hung up in my face. Her name is Frances, and she's the only staff at RPM I seem to have issues with. She's very unprofessional with her lack of customer skills and etiquette and this makes the organization/company/owner look bad. She also allowed their vendor to come through our gate to do work on another unit and they moved our child's trampoline which knocked the leg off and now they're denying they moved it, even after I provided photos and a video. I try to make things simple as I believe in being fair and expect the same in return, but I do know how to complicate things when necessary. I'm hoping I don't have to choose that option.
