Get ready to be treated nicely and receive communication from all management at the beginning of your lease but get ready to be fully neglected the longer you stay. They only want you for your rent money. 2. All agents are terrible at communication. Siurabe, Nelson, Kevin - the entire property as a whole. Get ready to send emails/phone calls/text messages and receive no response if you're in need of any type of assistance. 3. All of their properties are poorly made (construction) meaning you will be able to hear all of the residents residing around you way more than living a comfortable life. If you love hearing the toilet flush from your neighbor, perfect for you. 4. When maintenance is being done in another residents unit- get ready to NOT be notified that they are shutting the water down and who knows for how long. They won't answer if you call the office- as I've said, they only care if you pay your rent. Overall these apartments are incredibly terrible, communication deserves a -0000.1, I would grant this a negative star if it was an option instead of "1 star". Nobody move here if you desire to have peace, a comfortable living, if you want to be happy and not stress. You will be neglected. The most unprofessional management to exist.

He is really experienced and professional based on my observation and fast for his two years working for a plumbing job at LA Hydrojet or maybe other places too (not sure). We found no leaking water so far. It was dark and I held my flashlight to help out and desired to see better for my learning. It is nice if LA Hydrojet or any plumbing company has a lantern for all plumbers. Maybe plumbers are so familiar with what they do and they go by touching and do not need to see well??? Ideal Property worked with our HOA board to help make these fine improvements. I believe this has helped improve our property value. I also had a difficult situation with my tenants. The day-to-day management was just as bad. Robert Ha was unprofessional and disrespectful throughout our time with them. Even three years after cutting ties, their passive-aggressive behavior continues: they tried to force me to drive to their office for a utility refund check by emailing a scan with the amount whited out. Turns out the check was for $1.37. They are petty, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. Avoid them at all costs.
