When I called the office and explained that the service was urgent, April explained that all electricians were busy but she would try to check with them and call back. I have not received a call back and assumed that she was unable to find someone. Surprisingly, she called me next morning and apologized for not being able to arrange service and not calling back on the same day. So, than two days later I still was unable to find an electrician, I called April again and asked to schedule service for the closest available time. April called back within hour and saif that someone would come to look at the job immediately and if it's not too big, will do what's needed. The electrician arrived in 10 minutes, assessed the job, called the office to inform of approximate time, received permission to do it and finished the job perfectly in 1.5 hours. The price was reasonable and I felt that this business does their best to serve their customers. I plan to use them again in the future.

Absolutely the worst roofing contractor. Does extremely shoddy work. Lots of bubbling, open welds, improper sealing around edges. Allowed all debris from the old roof to fall into the home. Refused to put down plastic or tarp even after I requested him. We had to vacuum several hours each day for 2-3 days to get rid of all the dirt and debris that fell through the cracks in our tongue and groove ceiling. More than 1 former customer of this roofer has reached out to me personally and reported his bullying behavior and threats when they confronted him with his shoddy work!! Clearly, this his standard MO- do substandard work and then threaten repercussions if someone dares to complain and get them to back off! I had to post reviews on social media, file complaints with BBB and CID and reach out to the city Building Inspections department to get a functionally adequate roof, but with lots and lots of patches and one that looks like it was installed 20 years ago!
