The Intuition skate shop is awesome, i'm getting back into skating again and I did some research and came across Intuition skate shop, the prices are cheaper than most other shops. The order I received was fast and very well packaged and they even threw in few stickers and a cool magazine that was very much appreciated. they are on the west coast and i am on the east coast but they are my go to shop for all my new skating needs. They are constantly adding cool stuff, specially to their social media. First off I didn't even know this shop was in town. I called another skate shop and they referred me to this one and I am so thankful that they did. I called and came in one day, and brought my skates with me the guy who helped me (wish I got his name) and as so freaking helpful he knew what I needed, because I had no idea what kind of wheels I needed he changed out my skates, and he was super great customer service wise. The skates are so smooth and amazing, they make me feel like I'm gliding on the road. LOVE THEM! The shop is in downtown and parking was quick and easy, the shop is open and easy to walk around, he answers all questions and very knowledgeable (others in the store asking questions) juggling customers and myself he didn't make me feel like I was just taking his time he balanced us greatly. It pains me to write this review. I have been skating since probably 1997. I wanted to support a skater owned shop these days. Now Matt made a series of big mistakes with my order, and he apologized each time. But I must give Intuition a one star because of how Matt handled his errors. He offered no compensation: No credit, no free shipping, nothing extra. He doesn't really care about his customers. It is very sad to realize this. My boyfriend and I shop intuition skate shop from their online inventory and have it shipped to us in TN. They undeniably have the best customer service. Through multiple orders, they do the right thing every time and there has been an unforeseen delay as we have only had once, but with one simple call, they offered free stickers, wax and a DVD to compensate for the delay. This was just with us placing a call out to check. At this point we were not frustrated at all. Most recently I had an issue with Apple Pay giving the incorrect shipping address. I emailed them in a panic thinking that there was a small chance of me hearing back in enough time for it to be corrected before they ship. Love almost everything about this shop. The only thing i have against them is that its hard to find items in size 11/11.5 thats about it. Not really a problem with them as i have checked other online shops and they have low stock also. Very happy I got lucky a few times i've needed to replace things and was able to get something sent out really quick. I've been skating a pair of salomons for almost 20 years now, just progressively less because i cannot risk injury anymore and i have a kid now. But when my boot crumbled, and the shock pad turned to paste, i was able to get a Them boot and Razers pad in less than 3 days after ordering. This past week my boot cracked in half and looks totally wasted, i ordered a Roces M12 on Wednesday and its out for delivery now(Friday). Hoping i can make it out there one day to check out the store, but i think shipping might be cheaper than paying CA sales tax. read more

I have a cousin who recommended this place. I needed good quality skates for my son who decided to take up rollerblading. I came in and was greeted by Matt. His place is super cool. It was Christmas time and what caught my eye was his neat little glass nativity scene. The store was well organized...he had ice tea on the counter that looked refreshing...I wish he had cups for sharing..wishful thinking...anyhow..back to the reason why I was there. Intuition kills it. I recently wanted to get back in to rollerblading after having not bladed at all for a few years. I ordered some GC FLT3 frames from Intuition on a Saturday and had them by Monday. It was pretty unbelievable that they had my order in the mail the same day I placed it. I received some boots second hand from my brother, and he forgot to send me the extra frame bolts he had. I contacted Intuition, and they took care of it. Recently, I have gotten into aggressive inline skating and had been doing a ton of research for inexpensive skates. I was looking for a good 2 months and almost bought a few different but I couldn't find anything that like. I finally came across the USD Sway Team 2 aggressive skates. I however, couldn't find to many under 200$. I started looking on random skate sights, and landed on Intuition Skate shop. They had the complete setup for a low price, and from a local seller (I am in Las Vegas so shipping was pretty cheap). When I ordered them, they didn't have them in stock so I called them, They were super nice and said that their shipment of the skates were coming and when they got them they would send a pair immediately. I got them 3 days after I ordered them (faster than I thought) and they fit perfect! there was only one problem. They sent the boot only, not the complete. I called them and asked about that, and they said they would put the frames on the truck the next morning. To make a long story short, they came very soon and worked perfectly, they also upgraded my baring set and gave me some free skate wax!
