The order I received was fast and very well packaged and they even threw in few stickers and a cool magazine that was very much appreciated. they are on the west coast and i am on the east coast but they are my go to shop for all my new skating needs. Greg and Gabe were super helpful and knowledgeable, and fed into my kids' excitement as they picked out their first boards. I was able to get all 4 of my boys skateboards that they are absolutely stoked about. Got them some cool skate shop t-shirts as well. The vibe and the friendly customer service is something you just don't get from the big corporate-run places. Plus, these guys are able to get clothes and gear from smaller, boutique brands that you can't find in the big box stores. I wish more stores like this existed. They had the proper size at a different location and had them shipped to this store. Great communication and super enthusiastic it seemed about skating in general.
